Íbamos de pasada para un retreat y solo queríamos un buen hotel para descansar. Pero el hotel era muy lindo, cenamos en el restaurante muy rico, muy bien atendido y a muy buen precio. La atención en todos lados fue muy buena.

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the restaurant food is very good.
Only half of the rooms have a window, the other half it is like staying in a dungeon with zero natural light and poor room lighting. If I hadn’t contacted booking.com customer service I would have been living in a cave for 5 days. The staff are unable to carry out the requests for booking a taxi, and providing a taxi with capability for luggage. We had to ask a couple of times before the staff followed up on any requests. The laundry was charged for ironing despite the items not being ironed as well as not washed very well, with the promise that it would not be charged. Please check the bill on departure. Overall poor value for money. The hotel did not advise us of any of the main events in town which is important for visiting guests. We have stayed in many hotels in India and I thought that this hotel would be good albeit more expensive than I usually pay. I would not be recommending this hotel to friends or family. It was a disappointing overall experience

the property is well maintained with well behaved staff the rooms are good food is very hygienic and tasty with reasonable prices.Overall nice place to visit .I would suggest everyone once to visit this property and enjoy their hospitality.

The hotel is located near all major attractions . We like the ambience of the hotel the food was tasty staff was very friendly . The view from the pool was amazing . Overall a wonderful experience. We will recommend this property to all our friends and family.

Very very very pathetic service if u want to like aag lagana to you money then come here.Plz plz don't come here instead stay in a dharmshala there is very dim light in the room and food was pathetic.No water in the pool no facilities at all only pomp and show .I m totally unsatisfied with the hotel service. Plz don't stay here

I stayed in this hotel twice in 2 months. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The food tastes good and the location of the hotel is excellent.
1. The rooms do not have any windows.
2. During my second stay, which was booked through booking.com, the staff marked me as no show after I had checked in, just so that they don't have to pay the cut to booking.com. This is clearly a fraud. This also meant that i lost the credits which i would have received for this stay.
3. The swimming pool is usually not clean.

Hotel Holy Vivasa is the best hotel that I have stay in Rishikesh. Super clean rooms, facility, nice and professional staff, amazing restaurant!! The location is convenient as well. Next time, I am definitely staying here again.

The hotel itself is noisy.
The first night they gave me the room just beyond restaurant and the noise that was coming from there is unacceptable!!! They were cleaning the kitchen at 2am even tho at the reception they told me that last order was at 10.30pm. so yes, noise at 2am woke me up. Next morning they moved me to the 3rd floor and guess what ??? they started some renovation above my room and from the morning to afternoon I had to listen to that noise till I lost it and went to reception and complained. they said they will tell them to stop and they did. the noise of renovation stopped immediately, but…the evenings are noisy. noise from the restaurant. If you want some peace and quiet time, this hotel is not for you.

the staff, exceptionally friendly. went out of their way to help. hotel is very clean. very modern and new. restaurant is good with endless options. location is amazing if you want the rishikesh market part of town. we personally really like it. it is very close to a nice temple of hanuman. and marine drive is walking distance. it would be nice if they provided babycots.

I was nitially given a room without a window, but given a 'complimentary upgrade' when I complained. Terrific 'room with a view' with sll the amenities you'd want. The Sky Deck has a fabulous view and the restaurant is excellent- I had the best lunch ever: mix vegetable curry, naan bread, lassi, and coffee for 703Rp (= $13 AUD)
Every room starts with "7" so can't tell what floor you're on - no signs either.

The hotel daily rate was quite expensive and yet the breakfast was not good. They should provide a good buffet or more choice on the breakfast menu.
Breakfast was not good. Dinner and Lunch menu was also pricy and the food was not great.

Cleanliness, ambience, food.
Mattress in bed was heavily padded , couldn't sleep easily. It should be normal or atleast less padded, also too much pillows/cushions in room which aren't needed .
I would like the hotel staff to have a stock of hot belt ( electric) for customers that is used for pain relief. Rest everything was good . Staff were polite and respectful.

Excellent Luxury stay in Good price!The property is big with all modern amenities.The staffs are very very nice and helpful.you will find all type of transport to ghats and ashrams from property gate.Bus stand and Railway stations within 2km range.
The Rooms are very clean with refreshments and hot water facility.
Gym equipment were few.
Else all facilities are fantastic.

It was my first visit to Rishikesh where i found this beautiful property located near main market. From the reception area to the rooms and to the restaurant everything was perfect .The reception staff was very kind as they upgraded my room as well. The quality of food is excellent . I will definitely visit again at this beautiful place.
