Discount on massage, laundry service and bike rental option. Cute common area with a lot of activities to do. If the WiFi works, you can watch Netflix for free. Also for great breakfast and lunch visit Mama Thai Food across the street; cheapest and best food in town. Comfortable bed, free water.

If you want to book it because of breakfast-don’t. I mean you can make yourself some eggs and have a toast with butter, but that’s it. The water (so the whole room) smells like rotten eggs-until you let it run for some time. Even though we have to put our shoes off before entering, it wasn’t clean enough. Rooms weren’t cleaned until later afternoon where we were already back and ready for the evening. Really bad WiFi.

Good location and comfortable bed.

The room is smaller than it looks in the pictures. And the bathroom stinks when you turn on the shower. the included breakfast is just bread, eggs and bananas, there's not even milk, and everything needs to be prepared and cleaned by yourself, just be aware. We stayed 7 nights and no room cleaning service was offered

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. Comfiest bed I’ve stayed in since travelling for three months. Netflix on the tv. Communal kitchen upstairs which a good free breakfast and lovely place to chill out. Close to the beach and the half moon party

Had an issue with our first room where the roof was leaking and the tap water came out brown but the staff were incredibly responsive and sorted it out straight away giving us another room

Friendly welcome. The rooms facing the street can be very noisy. Free earplugs are provided. We still found it a bit too noisy and asked for a quieter room. We even got a free room upgrade. Really cool. A free foosball table and a PS4 are available if you get bored.

Good stuff

The room was very nice and clean. On the top floor there was a fully equipped kitchen, free drinking water, food (eggs, garlic, onion, oil, milk, bananas toast etc.) and a coffee machine. There was also a table football and a playstation 4. They also have a spa and massages, which is offered with a 10% discount for hotel guests.

Tap water was not clean (brown-ish). A bit noisy at the night, but they provided us with ear plugs.

The rooms where really clean and the staff was very friendly. You could also do your laundry there for 40 bath per kilo!!!

The location it's not that far away from pier. You can even take a walk through the beach side which gonna takes 20-30min. Nice and friendly staff, they trying to make everything perfect and comfy for You. Nice communication between owners. There is in my opinion "big" rooftop where you can chill, or even prepare some food because the kitchen is there. The building is connected with massage spa where you can see at entrance. I hope next time i can try it. Overall i recharged my energy during staying was very comfortable. Thank You :)

Loved our stay here! Great location to explore the rest of the island. Very welcoming atmosphere and nice rooftop terrace. Will visit again when in Phangan!

The design is very nice. The guesthouse is new. It was clean and good smell. There is a party and reconstruction nearby, but there was not much noise and there are earplugs in the room. There are a fridge, an electric tea pot, toothbrushes, a table with a chair.

There was no bottles of water, very bad wifi (it doesn't work at all)

Super comfortable clean room, with huge TV with Netflix and a balcony and it’s a great location stones throw away from food court, 7-11, beach, and thong sala. Lose by. The staff are so lovely and friendly and really help you out. I was a little worried about the noise reading the last review and as I’m a light sleeper but actually I didn’t notice the noise at all with the balcony and bathroom closed so don’t let that stop you. They also ear plugs in case it’s an issue. The spa and sauna attached to the hotel is also lush and they give you a discount as a Laewan guest. I’m sad I could only stay one night! I hope to be back soon.
