the outside areas on the property were unkept and untidy (weeds, shopping trolly, left over flooring, general litter, fag stumps) not all windows were lockable meaning they were accessible from the outside making the property feel unsafe (it’s a rough area) the internal doors in the property were too heavy and bulky for there purpose - no good for small children (we had a few jammed finger moments)

Not enough cutlery, crockery, glasses and mugs for number of guests - we had to bring our own with us. However on complaining some was provided later. Not enough seating at dining table for number of guests - we had to bring our own. Windows you couldn’t open so very hot. Windows you couldn’t close so a security risk. Dip/hole in floor as you went into the bathroom that had been covered with vinyl flooring so like a man trap every time you went in. Random black graffiti on doors, lampshades and remote controls. Small shower head in upstairs bathroom broken. Random Tesco trolley full of wood in entrance patio area. No mirrors in bathrooms.

Everything was spot on clean and comfortable house

the style was the type of style was looked for

it was not what it said online and in photos there was a hole in the kitchen wall, uneven floor in the bath room which someone could break that ankle in. bedding was still wet wasn’t dry. towels wasn’t dry. oven was stinking and had to clean all the dishes as they wasn’t clean. could not relax as I had to do all the cleaning myself before use of anything and also most windows we could not open

Modern decor, friendly helpful host, parking space, super comfortable beds & bedding, everything brand new

perhaps a couple more mirrors, but with everything else brand new I suspect these will be fitted very soon :-)

The property was clean, spacious and was very easy to get to. It had everything we needed for our stay.
