Great house. Felt like being at home. Everything we needed

The fan heaters in the bedrooms didn't work. So when the fire went out the bedrooms got cold. But other than than everything was amazing

Clean tidy and plenty of space. Had everything we needed

Location was great, lots of green spaces, 5mins from the supermarket and good local takeaways

was very roomy and could accomodate the large group we had. was very clean and were provided with the linen, firewood, internet etc

Location was good, close to shops and a park. nice spacious home, easy lock box key pick up, fully equipped kitchen with staples for cooking left in the pantry for us, amazing collection of board games and Netflix access on the smart tv.

It would be good if some tea, coffee and milk were provided like you normally get at other places. We also didn't like having to keep putting logs in the fireplace to keep warming the house up but heaters were provided for the cold days. A heat pump would be more energy efficient though.It would also have been good if we could use the internal access garage to park our car and the walk in wardrobe which were both locked. Some coffee cups could also have been cleaned better for our use.
