Beautiful place to stay and the management was excellent and provided us a “to go” breakfast as we were heading out early to climb Mount Humphreys. Rooms are great and we took advantage of the pool table and darts in the well stocked Game Room. Great experience!

I never expected to walk in and know instantly that the owners have impeccable taste. The attention to detail .... the friendliness with still allowing for privacy. This B&B is without question the most amazingly decorated and the most beautifully appointed place we have encountered. This place could hold its own on Miracle Mile in Chicago! Not to mention the food offerings should be featured on the cover of Bon Appitit? The beauty in this B&B makes you believe that in this post pandemic time, beauty can still be found and enjoyed. Absolutely everything! Hosts were fantastic and the B&B was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, excellent location with all the amenities you needed nearby! Rooms were very comfortable and Kim was so kind and helpful. The wine and cheese hour was a very nice touch! You could sit on the front patio or upstairs on the swing lounge…both with a nice breeze. If needed there was a washer and dryer…very convenient if needed. Pool/Ping Pong table downstairs which also had a fantastic Gym. Great game room with shuffleboard, video game, etc. breakfast was way beyond expectations….eggs Benedict cooked to order! Absolutely delicious! This is an amazing place to stay for one night or many! We will definitely stay here again. 10 stars all the way! You will not be disappointed!

Homey, clean, comfortable!

Very well operated, clean and easy to navigate entry etc . Owners were away this date but all instructions were clear . Parking couldn’t be easier. The laundry machines ( free) were quite welcome as we’ve been on the road awhile . Very nice that they asked ahead if we liked wine and it was there in our room , plus cheese and crackers !

Not a problem for us , but you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. I only mention because we have a lot of gear due to the road-tripping and we didn’t want items in our car overnight . Elders with heavy bags ought to know.

The breakfast was fresh and balanced. Location was great, easy to walk to the historic downtown area for those that enjoy walking. Otherwise, easily accessible to Flagstaff and area attractions. The BnB was quiet and peaceful with several sitting areas.

This is an exceptional hidden gem. It's beautiful, creative, has an amazing host, delicious breakfast, a surprising treat for happy hour and a TV/game room. It's my favorite place to come to when I'm in the area.

we loved the art decoration, the clean and comfortable room, the game/rest area and specially the breakfast room where we ate Kim’s spectacular breakfast!!

The location, safe and quiet neighborhood. The decoration, aesthetically pleasing with different color- themed rooms. I had the blue room, where everything is sharing the deep blue color. The amenities, I was able to store food in the fridge and heat them up with the microwave on site. The game room is great for relaxing and socializing. The small gym has all the equipment I need for a good workout. The staff, Kim is so warm and attentive. Her breakfast is outstanding. She also accommodates to my dietary needs and pack breakfast for me when I need to leave early in the morning for activities.

303 BnB is a gem that is a must stay. Kim understands the hospitality business and makes certain that her guests are treated right. From the first impression to the comfortable beds to the delicious breakfast…..this place was perfect for my family. Kim was available to answer questions, make recommendations for eating establishments and also suggestions for places to see around the area. She steered us in the right direction. A big thanks to Kim.
