Staff were very friendly , professional and always happy to give advice.
Breakfast was excellent, and excellent value for evening meals and drinks.

Friendly staff, not very cheap but not expensive either.
The hotel dog started barking at 6AM and did not stop for a while. This cost us a few hours of sleep.
The pool is quite secluded with lots of shade, and therefore quite cold.

In a very relaxing setting for being in busy Arusha. the rooms were clean and comfortable. the staff was very nice and helped us organise a safari. Breakfast was amazing
the neighbourhood dogs woke us up at 5:30am one morning due to their barking. No restaurants close by that you can walk to- other Han the hotel restaurant

Quiet, green oasis in a residential area outside the center. We loved the LUSH garden with wonderful old trees.
Good breakfast included. Large room on the ground floor with a lovely little, shady terrace.
The restaurant is surprisingly cheap and serves delicious food and cappuccino!
Lady at reception was a bit indifferent, but this was no problem for us :-)
Room and bathroom not especially cosy - door didn't close.
But thanks to the little terrace in front and the great restaurant, we would stay here again anyway.

Lovely staff - it was raining hard and they cleaned my muddy shoes. Beautiful, large, well-appointed room. Lovely covered patio outside the room which I really enjoyed. Excellent food. Godbless is a spectacular chef.

the dining area is beautiful and a lovely place to work. Staff are very friendly, gardens are gorgeous. Bed was comfortable in both rooms I stayed in. I love the scents of the provided bath gel and little local soap provided. Food is good, and there is a selection of drinks, but the menu could use a few more items. they do have gluten-free/dairy-free options, and can cook an omelette kn a pan away from bread in the morning. The property is secure and safe.
I will definitely stay again. Good for individuals, couples and famlies.
