Nice quiet location, simple access with detailed instructions, good communication, bathroom was really nice and the room was a good size and the shared kitchen was nice with a decent sized fridge and all the facilities you'd expect.

Everything was great apart from the slats in the bed popped out on a couple of occasions so they need looking at.

Good location to the train station to get to the centre of London. Rooms were clean and spacious.

The bed was comfy and the location was near to an overground station. The room looked neat and tidy when we arrived and it was very straightforward to enter into the property.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good encounter with the staff. Having entered into the property using the key pad, I recieved an accusatory message from the property claiming that I had lied about who was staying in the property. I had not lied and this accusation actually made me feel very uncomfortable whilst within the property. I felt like I was being watched in order to be made more money out of.

I try to check in from 5.15pm . when I were they the room is not been clean , try to call the owner , he get back to me just said wait they some one going to clean the rooms ,. that date after I waiting to almost 2 hour , so I get in the room about 7.20 pm .. insure the room was cold , no mirror , not comfortable at all.

The whole place is a joke for the price upgrade but got nothing

The shower was in the room, although more expensive because of that.

The room was unsafe, the ceiling was at 1.6m in half the room where the workspace was. The room door was easy to open with a spoon or piece of cardboard. The room was very dirty, all floors except the bathroom were greasy and full of dirt. The pillow cases were also dirty with dark patches on both sides. The kitchen had no plates, or forks, only spoons and knives, and there were no basic cleaning supplies at hand. Bed is for anyone up to 1. 7m length, less than 5.9". Heating works on manual start/stop and works for up to 2 hours. The room is not insulated very well and it gets cold very quickly.
