My first night was very noisy people slamming the doors constantly yelling in the hallway. Also, my room was not clean at all the three nights that I was there.

The shower and bath towels are AMAZING here. Not the small little towels, but actually like bath sheet size towels!

We stayed there because of the convenience of shuttle service

I ordered two rooms through hotels.com had literary confirmation number and delta still would not provide both rooms

Great place to stay if you’re flying out of Indy! You can leave your car there. This why I picked it. Really nice rooms.

No frills. Thrilled the property had self-serve laundry machines. Fitness Center was adequate. Disappointed that my room lacked all basic amenities (including facial tissue and bars of bath soap).

You could hear threw the walls people walking , slamming doors, and being intimate

Very nice hotel close to airport…and very impresssed with the shower and size of bathroom in this room.

Booked way in advance for a specific handicapped bathtub, from having three surgeries on back and shoulder, they had extended stay of someone in the room. The front desk Cory, suggested as one of my “options” he could cancel, not charge me a fee and I could go somewhere else. He denies this this morning. The Director of engineering, Jim, was trying to help me get another room. Cory, was super rude to Jim. Very unprofessional. Asst. Manager Jatin helped also at that point. I went to the bathroom and then went to bed. I got up at about 9:30pm and realized the flush had not gone down. The paper and feces was still there. I had to use the bathroom again and then called the front desk. The engineer Keith came. He said it was because of too much toilet paper (which again had not even gone down and wasn’t too much). I asked if other problems had happened because he had to try and clear it a lot. He splashed a significant amount of feces water onto his shoe and the floor. He seemed agitated that I asked if he or I could clean the floor as he left. He did a quick spray job and left the seat and other places he walked filthy with bohazard. After not comfortable using the bathroom all night I called. It still wasn’t flushing. Jenny came down (eng) and did a great job clearing with auger and cleaning, very kind. Cory at the front desk continued to be rude and told me as I explained that he had to end the call because I saying feces. I made recordings. Hope to hear at 11 from the manager.

Front desk said that we would not hear traffic from the highway. That is a lie. We heard every car that was driving on that highway. The day of the Indianapolis 500 the race went long and by the time people came back to the hotel, all restaurants in the area had been closed. So everyone convened on the restaurant in the hotel severely under staffed.

There were a few minor maintenance items that needed attention.

Front desk and restaurant/bar seemed understaffed. Restaurant and coffee shop had odd hours considering there are no other food options anywhere near hotel. I was told that the restaurant served. Breakfast and lunch (I think) but when I went down there it was always closed.

Loved the view and villa we had. Only suggestion we have is to replace the screens on the sliding doors to the balcony otherwise perfect.

Room was clean. The bed was comfortable except for the pillows which collapsed flat when used. There was also no blankets on the bed. The complimentary airport shuttle was awesome, saved us a lot of hassle. The restaurant was very good and staff was friendly. Starbucks closed at 1pm which was disappointing after a long day.

Very loud road noise in the room as well as carbon monoxide fumes from the vehicles on the nearby freeway. This hotel is new & poorly engineered.

Ac in the room very noisy. I was double charged for my room and still trying to get my refund. Rooms were noisy. People running up and down the hallway and slamming doors after 1 am waking everyone up.

Rooms were clean. Lobby was very nice and welcoming. We did wait a long time for someone to wait on us when checking out. There was no one at the counter for several minutes.

I didn’t like the noise

Check-in and check out was a breeze. Everything in the room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. Staff was very friendly. Zero issues during our stay and would 100% stay here again the next time we’re stopping in Indy.
