We were bumped off our balcony room (which I payed extra for) with a regular room. I understand the safety of the hurricane but didn’t off to accommodate for the price difference or even off a meal on them. Every single thing is extra (breakfast, parking) and got charged $100 in resort fees we couldn’t use because of the hurricane

Carpet smells like urine. They charged me $48 . I never ate or drink there. They already hit me with resorts fee which I was aware of. Needed them to refund my $48 Scammers and will never again

My room was infested with fleas, they let dogs stay in rooms. They charge $35 a day for you to park your rental car $45 a day for valet and another $40 per day for resort fees. We were at a conference and in business meetings all day not able to use the facilities

One night all good

Our stay at the Hyatt Orlando Resort had some highs and lows. Justin at the valet was the lowest point of our stay. When we arrived, it was about 11pm at night. We were tired, had several heavy bags to carry and we were unfamiliar with the property, so we wanted to valet park our car. We pulled up in the area that was designated for valet. We were the only car in the entire porte cochere. There was a man standing near the valet sign looking at his phone and we tried to get his attention several times by calling to him, but he ignored us and continued looking at his phone. We decided to go self-park after he ignored us. It was hot and we were tired, and the garage is a much longer walk than we anticipated. Additionally, we had to walk through several broken sprinkler heads that were spraying across the sidewalk and drenched us. When we got to the valet area, Justin was still there looking at his phone. I asked him if he worked as a valet, and he said yes. I told him we had attempted to valet our car and he denied that we drove through the area. He was rude and refused to apologize or take responsibility for his actions - which was all we were really looking for. Another suggestion I have is that at about 3:30 on Saturday everyone got kicked out of the lagoon pool due to lightning within a 10-mile radius. We never saw lightning or even a dark cloud. 10 miles seems like an unreasonable radius for lightning, and I would consider adjusting that.
