There was nothing of liking

The rooms smell like wet, dirty dogs… We switched rooms in the next room still smells like a wet, dirty dog… Absolutely repulsive The hotel was run down. Staff acted like the place was perfect, ignoring that anything the customers presented to them…

The area wasn’t too far from the airport.

The room smelled old, like mildew. The carpet was disgusting, large stains and gross looking.

Great proximity to Orlando Airport. Good pool area to relax.

Had to pay additional fee to park. Breakfast was not complimentary. Unlike every other hotel when they offer breakfast it's usually complimentary. We did not know we were going to be charged $17.99 per person for breakfast until our family had already dished up and started eating. The waitress then asked for a voucher to eat and we then was told there was a $17 charge per person to eat. We were slammed with a big unexpected charge for breakfast!! If we would of known before being seated our party of 11 would have just gone out to McDonald's for breakfast sandwiches and paid half the cost! Was so unhappy!!!

The Price. is crazy. I don’t mind paying for my dogs, But you room pricing is so high that on my next trip I will book somewhere else. The price is the only thing that I have to complain about.

24/7 shuttle, continental breakfast, friendly staff for the most part (night time check in desk could have been a bit better. Fast to bring crib to our room.

Continental breakfast not worth the price. Was told crib would be brought up to the room at check in but we had to call and ask for it.

We couldn’t sleep with sounds of planes all night. Breakfast was outrageously expensive.

Breakfast and lunch were very good and staff was very friendly.

The sofa bed could use a little thicker blanket, it was only given a small throw and it got chilly overnight

We were delayed for 24hrs hours so booked at very last minute. What we expected, nothing special, quite dated but big room, everything we needed.

Staff were mixed, nice eventually butter only after tipping them a decent amount. It was extremely noisy, it's an airport hotel so people leave their rooms all night and give no care in the world of waking other people up.

Das Hotel ist für ein Sheraton eher enttäuschend. Eine Renovierung der Zimmer wäre von Vorteil.

Only complaint is that if I’m paying for a room overnight, parking shouldn’t cost extra and already be incorporated into the room fee.

The location of the property was good. The outside of the appearance was good. The pool was nice.

The room smell of mildew and mold, stains on the sheets outside the window was filthy and disgusting on the balcony that you cannot even go out to, and there was no working televisions

Difficult to check in. Checked in at 3:30am and had to wait 30 in the lobby for my confirmation in order to check in. The only parking available was in the rear of the hotel and It was dark and not supervised. It felt scary to be back there by myself. After I was in my room, I called the person in the front to. Ask about parking because I was not told anything about parking and I saw the sign in the back about scanning the QR code for parking. I was ready to get to sleep because I was checking out early. The person told me I had to go back out side now at 4:15 in the morning in the dark and by myself to get my drivers license plate number and scan the QR code. Which I did. I rushed back in so I wasn’t out there in the dark went to my room and tried to get the into the QR code and it had closed out. I called the front desk and they sent someone up with the QR code. I went to sleep at 4:30 in the morning all because I was not informed, the horrible parking in the rear and according to them I would have been given a $200.00 ticket if I didn’t scan in my drivers license. Plus the parking was a hidden cost. I only slept 4 hours when I was going to get in at least 6-7 hours of sleep before I had to leave.

Flashing smoke alarm continuously - in spite if request to fix it, nothing was done. Room 315. On arrival Sunday evening Sep 9, check in person was very difficult to understand. His English appeared to be quite limited. He was very polite. Elevator was long distance from lobby. Espresso machine not working this morning Sep 12.
