Absolutely fantastic day it was only for one night but the room was massive and also the mini bar was free with the upgrade we got absolutely stunning hotel thank you very much for making my partners 50th birthday a good one

We booked two nights at the Clermont solely based on proximity to Victoria Station. The door with direct access to and from the station and underground made it even better than we thought. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Our room was big and the free snacks and drinks were an added bonus.

Really loved our 6 night stay at the Clermont. Lovely old hotel that feels very grand. The restaurant "Soak" attached is very good food, and we ate there several times. The afternoon tea is terrible - terrible - I mean my 6 year old neighbor could cobble together a better tasting tea. Poor selection of teas offered, and the service was abysmal. Had an older woman when we visited on 11/7 and she didn't check on us once, and made snotty comments. The male host was almost as bad. Horrible service and lousy food. There was also a TON of street noise during the night due to non stop construction directly outside of my window. It was really hard to sleep.

Beautiful hotel right on Victoria station, room upgrade was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Staff very helpful and breakfast is very varied and tasty, cooked option nice and hot, everything replenished regularly. Was our second stay and we will back again.

This was a fabulous hotel centrally located to everything. It’s beautiful and the staff were wonderful. Very attentive to our needs and kind.

Property reflected an air of sophisticated bygone days and was delightful! Staff was friendly and very helpful. Towel warmers were a special treat. Food and drinks in restaurants were convenient and delicious. Location was good. Would definitely recommend for future stays.

Excellent location and a beautiful property. Being just next to Victoria Station and close to many of the London attraction made this a great spot.

Great stay just thought the rooms were rather small. The other issue was the concierge. They weren't much help at all in helping us plan activities.

Location of the hotel is great. The rooms were nice, a tad small but it’s London. It was a five minute walk to get to my room from the Lobby. Do not stay in the 760-770 rooms which are close to the maid rooms so early in the morning it’s noisy. I asked for a change and was told there weren’t any rooms left, That was a lie. My room was changed while I was out the following day and when I returned all of my belongings had been moved. Which is fine, just an email or phone call would’ve been nice. This way I wouldn’t have walked all the way to the room to thinking my bags may have been stolen. They finally figured out what happened and made me wait 15 mins to bring me a key instead of just me meeting them at the room I was moved too. Finally get to the room and the individual wanted me to give him my cards to the old room. I had one and the other was in my bag or in the other room. He asked to me look in my bag at midnight I politely declined several times before he decided to give up on the situation.

I researched hotels for weeks trying to find the perfect place to stay for my first trip to London. I go to England regularly with my husband, whose family lives in Yorkshire but this was my first trip to London and I wanted it to be perfect. We arrived early so I wasn't expecting to be able to check in yet, check in was at 3pm so we dropped our bags and were told we would get a phone call when the room was ready. At 2pm we didn't get a call so we headed back and I told the concierge that we would be waiting in the lobby for our room. At 10 min to 3, I went up to check that the room would be ready at 3pm because we had dinner reservations at 5pm. She went and got our room key from a box that I saw someone bring down about 20 minutes before this. They didn't call us, or bother walking over to tell us our room was ready. Not attentive. The room was just okay, it was nothing special and every time the room was cleaned, I felt like it wasn't THAT clean. The convenience of the tube station being connected to the hotel is the only reason I gave 3 stars, that was really nice to be so accessible. I didn't think this hotel was worth the money and I wouldn't stay there again.

Lovely service, very clean, comfy bed?

An amazing stay. All the staff was excellent. Food was delicious. Our room was comfortable, very clean and just right.

The hotel itself and the rooms were lovely. However, after a long, tiring day we just wanted a quiet drink in the lounge/bar and were very disappointed. The Reunion Bar had been rented out for a private function and “The Soak” was extremely busy with very loud music and a lot of people I assume weren’t staying at the hotel. Having spent £800 pounds for one night’s stay, I wasn’t happy having to sit in the Wetherspoons in Victoria Station. If you don’t require lounge facilities for you stay I would suggest booking a cheaper hotel.

Good service and great location

We had a wonderful stay at the Clermont! The rooms are pretty small but very well appointed and cleaned thoroughly every day - the staff were welcoming and helpful, and the location couldn’t be better by Victoria station! I would not recommend the queen standard room to any more than 2 people (not suitable for families with children), but it is perfect for a couple who is spending most of their time exploring around London! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip!

This was a decent conveniently located hotel. A bit impersonal but good for a short stay.

This hotel was exactly what we needed, something near and walking distance from and to all major attractions.

Superb stay with complimentary drinks and snacks included. Bed and room were very clean and well presented. Bed super comfortable and a great breakfast. Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Apollo Victoria theatre 3 mins walk. Will be staying again.

Hotel was in a terrific location adjacent to Victoria Station. The lobby was very elegant and the rooms are comfortable. Staff is very helpful and efficient.
