Stayed on a Thursday night for work last minute. There were dirty towels left behind from the previous guest. Neighboring room was partying in their room from 2am-3:30am, calls to reception were unanswered. Not fair.

The room was nice but the wall paper on the walls an by the window frames were coming off the wall from water damage , but overall the comfort of the room was excellent. I’d book another stay

Good hotel. Check in was fast and smooth. The room was large and clean. Its an older hotel, the room was traditional. No USB charge ports but the room was clean and well maintained. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a downtown hotel.

It was a quick trip, and our stay was less than 24 hours but I would definitely stay here again. Hotel restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Location was perfect within walking distance of our destination.

Lobby was nice. Rooms very dated. (Yellow old outlets) all just dated. Friendly staff…. Pool was nice. Dinner at Blake’s was great!

but food was just so so, and overpriced.
Flower planters at the entrance were dead, it is embarrassing to display dead flowers.

I was in town for the evening. It was close to the venue where I was attending a show. London Ontario is a nice town with nice folks.
The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms and surrounding area were clean. There was a full service restaurant and paid parking next-door.

Unfortunately next room was acting at 2am if it was 2 pm. That went on for a second night. No action seemed to have been taken. I was told that the administration would look into compensating me (and the other rooms around ).it has been 4 days and no news.
Too bad, nice hotel. Could not sleep between 2-4 am for two nights.

It's convenient to stay and the parking lot seems safe to use. The area is not as desirable as there is ongoing construction, rowdy random people and no cafe or restaurant nearby.

Have stayed here a couple of times now and this is one of the better hotels in London I have been to. Pool is great and it’s a fun hotel for a solo business traveller or for a family stay, as well.

It is bad Hotel The service was there, not good at all and then even they don’t come to clean the room or they take the garbage from the room. We have to put the garbage in a front the door to take it. Nobody come even the area it was so bad they have many homeless there even I couldn’t park the car at the park from homeless and they charge for the park is not in including with the Hotel reservation

We were not told about the pay parking when we booked but they waived the fee. There was construction in the adjoining room it was very noisy until they stopped working
