Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Bar and loung area was a vibe and the drinks were top tier

Pool was not open and it is showing as an option that helps you choose to stay there. They didn’t even give an explanation or let us know when it was open. It was not open for way too many days

Bland, American chain hotel. Corridors like a prison block. Rooms stark and furniture tatty. Staff at breakfast were great, however.

I hope this hotel is getting updated. This is the worst Meridian I have ever seen. No way is this a five star hotel. It’s like a Holiday Inn. There were cigarette burns on the sofa in the suite. The bathroom had a painted tub and it was scratched and chipped. The shower pressure was so low that it was a rinse, not able to get clean. The towels were old and rough. The bed wasn’t comfy and the pillows were very lumpy. Unless this hotel makes major repairs, I’ll never stay here again. Also, no one greeted us when we pulled up. Instead, a hotel worked just yelled at us that we couldn’t park there. I told her that we were checking in and we would be back. No apology, just more excuses. So weird.

I absolutely love the location and styling the hotel. And, my room (rm 408) far exceeded my expectations. If you it fits your budget, I recommend the Corner Suite catagory of rooms.

The water pressure was very low in the shower. Internet wasn’t free. I asked for body wash multiple times and I was given a bar of face soap. Room was cleaned and face towels weren’t replaced. The hotel was fine but I probably won’t be going back.

The drink server at the bar Tuesday evening was amazing and had an infectious personality. I cannot remember his name, unfortunately. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Nice room. No fridge or microwave in the room, which was unfortunate. I believe parking was $20 a day. Overall nice stay.

The best hotel

Good

We stayed on a weekend where the hotel was dealing with a major water leak that had penetrated most floors of the hotel. Almost every floor had big noisy drying units in the hallways and none of the ice machines worked. If some warning had been given or signs posted, would have saved me checking multiple floors before finally going to the bar for ice. Hallways smelled bad. Our 1 request: a bathtub. Tub in first room had no drain stopper and the finish was flaking off in big chunks. Got moved to 2nd room with no tub before finally getting room with tub and stopper (but dirty). Staff was friendly and I felt for them, but some simple communication and better maintenance/cleaning would have made a huge difference.

I didn't get to stay bc she said my card was declined when I used at other facilities. This is why I would Iike to request a refund.

The bathrooms need to be renovated.

It was extremely kind for management to allow us to check in at 8:30 am after spending all night at the airport waiting for a flight that was never going to happen…

Loved the way the lobby was decorated and the bed and room was super comfortable!

Hotel is starting to show its age. It’s a happening place everything was enjoyable, except my shower couldn’t change temp only super hot would work. Could barely get the soap off me it was so hot. Really ruined my stay. Room 1014 Parking lot feels unsafe.

Hotel is fine but parking is a nightmare. They charge for parking and you can not get you car out without swiping a credit card. I was charged multiple times

What started out bumpy turned into a great stay due to your manager Katherine. I believe the front desk associate is kind of new so he didn’t see that I already paid for the room through Hotels.com. When he told me to swipe he told me that it would only be for the $100 incidental fee. I ended up getting charged again for my stay. I was not too happy with that. Katherine stepped in and made me feel better, even though I was very disappointed. It takes 3-5 business days to for my money to return back to my account. Katherine upgraded my room, gave me cards for breakfast and took care of my parking. I came there to relax and replenish while I was on my vacation. Manager to manager Katherine did a great job. She turned my stressful moment into a sense of relief. Although I have to wait for my money to return to me, she accommodated me to the point where I didn’t have to think about it for the entire weekend.
