They are transitioning into being a Marriott, but it they are not there yet. We had a suite at the hotel that appears recently updated: My biggest issue was the bathroom, which was extremely small and awkwardly placed in the living room area and not in the bedroom. We stayed several days and never received housekeeping service even though we left the room during the day for several hours. I mentioned it to the front desk and was given a large industrial garbage bag for our garbage in the room: No offer to send housekeeping. Our check in to the hotel was with a new employee and he was having issues with housekeeping to provide our room, even though it was past check in time: We stood there for at least 20 minutes to get through check in. The breakfast staff couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating, however, the quality of food and menu items for a sit down restaurant needs improvement: They are again transitioning to a Marriott format, but the menu prices are expensive for the quality and selection: The fresh fruit was a highlight of the offerings. The outdoor atmosphere in the dining area is absolutely beautiful on the top floor and has great potential for any venue! Overall, we had a pleasant experience because of the friendly staff and people we met while at the restaurant!

The suite was roomy and clean. Having a patio was great. The restaurant appetizers and drinks were delicious. The hotel garage is currently under construction so parking was a little weird.

This was just a short overnight for personal business. The hotel appears to be pretty new. It is modern and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. I wanted to include that if you need FIRM bedding, this is not for you. We love a soft mattress and the one in our room felt like sleeping on a cloud. :-)

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Shuttle doesn’t run everyday which was disappointing but we would still stay there again. Free parking was a plus!

Absolutely phenomenal hotel. The location is quiet, and the establishment is very clean. The bedding is comfortable and will have you sleeping-in a few hours. The hotel if still new and they maintain it well.

I like that the put the effort in the small things. For example Dove soap products. The restaurant carry out trays were good quality. All staff was very nice and all greeted you with Good Morning. Overall good food and stay.

Great Location right off the highway. Staff were awesome very helpful, kind and very happy, it was a breath of fresh air. Sky restaurant is awesome a must do! Check in and check out was lightning fast. Our suite was amazing very spacious and bed was super comfortable. Overall just AWESOME!!! I will be staying again.

There was 1 mishap at front desk but it was quickly taken care of. Thanks to the professional, friendly & accommodating front desk clerk Atira who was multi-tasking. The manager Razib came to talk to me and he was also so professional and he told me that i would Love my stay and he was Right!!!

Rooftop bar & restaurant was cozy and beautiful. All the Staff went above and beyond to serve. Breakfast was great. The evening bartender was very professional and helpful with sharing places to go. Oh yea free parking A and great location.

I loved the staff in the restaurant. Very polite and helpful. Great food. Only thing I would change is the drinks in the lobby should have more options. Such as Sunkist Dr Pepper Mountain Dew.

The hotel was stunning and very comfortable AND affordable. Dove bathroom amenities were a nice touch too. Only negative is that there is not much around the hotel other than a gas station so I ended up getting taxis to go places, so if you want to be in walking distance of things it’s better to prepare for that.

Manger is excellent all front desk personal very hospitable! We felt welcome the moment we stepped in the door. Hotel modern, clean and updated. I’m very particular but it was very clean. The room needed to be dusted a little more,there was a slight odor upon entering the room other than that it was a dream !

We fully booked our stay more than a month out before our trip. We chose Hotel Spice and Sky because it offered free breakfast and a pool. It was 20 minutes of extra driving but it was worth it to us to have those extras. When I got to the hotel, they wanted to hold an additional deposit on my card and said I was told of it when I booked with them. I did not in fact get told about it as I booked through Hotels.com. The pool was closed (in July) and breakfast was $22 per person. So our trip was quite quickly changed. It made our entire trip harder rather than easier like it should have been. They told us every little thing that had a charge to the point where we were afraid to ask for additional soaps for our stay and didn’t turn the tv on either for fear of that being “not included in the room rate” Don’t depend on this hotel. Yes the staff for the most part were friendly and the place looked amazing but there were too many inconveniences that made our trip much harder.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only issue with the room was we could here people from the floor above, sounded like they were stomping on the floor but that's not really the hotels fault. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Pool was closed for renovation which was disappointing but understandable. Right off the interstate. Close to the braves stadium which I attended a concert Would stay again.
