It was awesome!! I made the hotel my to go stay!

They had Roaches! You can tell that this was a very old building and they tried to put lipstick on a pig to make it look better.

No a/c Staff was rude Property was very nasty outside Smelly hallway Hair in shower

The hotel was nice and the beds were comfortable. There was no microwave in our room. Unfortunately there were other guests allowing children to run around screaming unsupervised . I had to take a two year old that wandered to the elevators to find it's parent due to lack of parental supervision.

Unclean hotel room and parking is hard to get a spot in front of hotel

I have had great stays at Doubletree in the past. Not this time. The cookies were burnt upon check-in. After that, they never had an available at front desk. I finally asked at the kitchen and Chef Seneka was gracious enough to give me some. She was nicest and most helpful person I encountered. The bathroom was disgusting. There was urine at the base of the toilet and it smelled like, too! Even after call housekeeping and them sending someone up to clean, she left the urine around the base. Not thorough at all. I texted them a picture. They never came to clean it up. Two of the light fixtures in the room were not functioning even after I changed the bulb. The front desk clerk the evening of August 17th had a very nasty attitude. She doesn't deserve to work with the public. Put her in the back somewhere. I received a text from management at 4:30 AM in response to my text the night before. Then Housekeeping woke me at 9:30AM to ask for trash. Very unprofessional staff. Could use training in the hospitality business.

It’s was ok 9”overall just had an old smell but was super clean . Maybe remove the carpets

The only thing i say was a little awkard was that , i stayed in a double room and the box spring on the bed i was on smelled a bit molded. But other than that the property is beautiful and i would stay again.

Property was great, staff and bartenders were very nice and friendly. They could use some updates as far as the rooms a little paint job and microwave in the room. Food was also great that salmon was amazing 10/10. Overall experience 8.5/10

The room was not clean. There was hair on the bathroom floor also dead insects on the floor. I also killed a roach. I would never stand at this hotel again

Great place for you and family

We loved everything offered from the Welcome Warm Cookies to the pool and of course the staff.Woild have liked a hairdryer and a microwave.

We arrived a little early but was told it would be a $75 early check in fee so we just chose to wait. Once we got to the room there was a MILDEW smell. It wasn't overpowering but it was there. I remember seeing someone else say that in another review & I also smelt it in another area of the hotel so I knew the hotel was aware & nothing was going to be done doing our stay. The hotel does offer breakfast but it's $18.99 PER PERSON!! No thank you! Waffle House it was :). Out of 9 lamps in our room only 4 worked & I made sure to leave sticky notes on each one that DIDNT work so hopefully they will be fixed for the next guest. There were also these metal studs that the box spring sits on but unfortunately on one of the beds the box spring wasn't on them & three of them stuck out causing my daughter to constantly scrap her leg when trying to get in & out the bed. I tried to fix it but the bed was to heavy. I just made her get in & out on the opposite side. The rooms does not have a microwave but it does include a mini fridge & a coffee machine. The coffee machine was actually a little dirty on the inside where you would pour the water so I ended up not using it. The tub also drained slow so while we took showers the water filled up & the next person had to wait until the tub drained to get in. Overall the stay it's self wasn't bad at all. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's about 15-20 mins from everywhere but it's Atlanta 15 mins is really 30.

1st rroom, keys did not work to open door. 2nd room Air conditioning did not work 3rd room closet sliding door broken Maintenance entered my room unaanounced while sleeping to "fix"sliding door, but never came back in 2 days to fix.

This hotel was very nice!

The front desk associate Antonio was amazing, he did his best to help accommodate me. However, the first room I was put in smelled horrible and had mold in the shower. I expressed this to Antonio and he moved me to a different room. That took didn't have a smell but the shower was so bad I didn't feel comfortable using it. The sink had mold around it, there was dust everywhere. I would not recommend this hotel or will be coming back. The only thing that made this experience a good one was Antonio!

We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Double Tree in Atlanta. The staff were extremely helpful and personable. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Just came in for the night and met what we needed

Too hot! Both rooms that we were in after they moved us from second one. Just wasn’t comfortable.

The room wasn’t clean and the furniture was in bad shape. See pictures for someone’s underwear left in the room and the torn couch. The AC made loud noise and you can smell weed coming out of nearby rooms. When reported to the front desk, we were given a new room on the lower level, it looked like a downgrade. Not a good experience for Honor member…

This was a very nice hotel loved the bar on the property had the best lobby of any hotel I've ever been to and was really lively with the different types of wall art the only problem is that the rooms didn't have their own microwave but other than that it was an amazing stay in

The hotel is older and needs to updated. There were signs of abuse and use within the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I did not stay At this hotel! Unfortunately, Because I used A third party App to book my stay the refused to check me out of the hotel. The are hell bend on charging me for a stay that I did not use. The place was dirty and a health hazard and they still did not care. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. It was and still is an absout nightmare!
