Great comfortable and clean room. I stayed 3 nights and have zero complaints. The staff was very friendly and hotel was geared towards being accomadating. I liked that they had snacks and food for sale all night in the lobby and the daily breakfast is nice. I would say the shampoo/soap dispensers in the shower didnt really work or were almost empty but not the end of the word. Overall I had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Good budget hotel for an overnight stay or for non picky people. Main suggestion for improvement is hotel is outdated and needs a renovation. Besides that everything else was good including customer service, cleanliness, free breakfast, free wifi, etc.
Bonus Points: Front desk staff called room right after check-in to make sure everything was fine with the room (that rarely happens)

To start with pictures of hotel are better than it was. Hotel checkin he was behind a big piece of plexiglass and said because I’ve booked with Expedia we’ve got to pay an extra $150 for incidentals. I asked him why there was nothing in the room even worth $150 to be honest. After checking in, only 1 cup in room when we got there. Very old dark wallpaper musty and everything is old and tired. Crappy part of town, and kids coming back and super loud slamming doors at 11 then at 1 a big discussion outside with two men. But the worst was the cigarette smoke coming in through AC. Everyone is standing underneath window to smoke. Right below window. The place was old and so tired looking. Crappy carpet, dirty, Mattress hard and pillows smelling like pizza sauce. But we slept and left early. A $75 hotel not $100 for sure and I’d really like a refund.

The door to the room scraped against the floor - it would get stuck and i had to lower my shoulder into the door to get it to open wide enough to walk in. The bed had a notable sag in the middle, the springs let out a large creaking noise as i moved. The refrigerator rocked noticeably. the water temp in the shower never got above body temp.

Would definitely recommend this place! The price was very budget friendly, and with that in mind, the hotel did a great job. Rooms were clean, interior seemed new, staff was friendly, and there are a few options for dining nearby. I personally liked the nearby Kroger as I could get a deli-fresh sandwich for a good price rather than settling for McDonalds for the night.

The property has great potential, there were just a few hiccups. The entrance doors were filthy, and the room we were in had a horrible smell as if someone used the bathroom right when we checked in. The staff did check on us when we first arrived but during our two-day stay no one asked if we needed any towels or anything. I think the area gives the stars a boost other than that I will never there again!

This property needs upgrading, rooms are poorly maintained and so are the washroom and amenities. Poor cleaning, bed sheets looked like they were from the previous stay.
Staff is ok if you talk to them, else no body greets or even smiles. Bad decision to stay here, not sure how or what type of people gives it 5 stars, the breakfast is poor, hashbrown never got refilled during my 30 mins wait, giy cooking eggs can use a hair net with his shoulder length hair. Breakfast tastes bad, variety was average. This should be marked as a motel as I have seen cleaner motels then this place.

We stayed here as it allowed pets and we were so pleased. They had biscuits waiting for our pup and since we were in the pet wing they gave us ear plugs. But honestly we didnt hear a thing ! They had a special dog walking area with extra bags if you needed them. Staff was so friendly !
