My 2nd stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza in Osaka. A slightly different room, although very nice, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as the previous room.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel has lots of facilities and standards are high.
The breakfast is outstanding and excellent value. The hotel is ideally located for the many attractions in Osaka. As well as 5 mins away, from the nearby metro station (Yodoabashi).
I would definitely recommend the ANA Crowne Plaza to stay.

A fantastic 3 night stay at the ANA Crowne Plaza, Osaka.
From check in, to check out. I found all the staff to be very helpful and polite. My room was fine, a very comfortable bed, with a range of pillows. The daily room clean was very flexible. It was always a please going back into the room.
I used the fitness room, which was mainly set up for CV workouts. I had the buffet breakfast, which was fresh, with an excellent selection of western and Japanese food and tasted lovely.
The hotel is a 5 min walk from the nearest Metro station. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Don’t listen to bad reviews just get a queen or king room with club access and you will hopefully love it as much as my family and I did. Everything was amazing I can’t wait to come back! Best Hotel for me in Osaka.

A very nice hotel in a good location. The room was a bit compact but they did a good job of maximizing the space and making use of every inch of it! The customer service was very good. We stayed on the club level and had access to the lounge for afternoon tea and Happy Hour. The food was average and a bit repetitive during our stay but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hidden fees: charged to use the pool each day, “breakfast included” dis not include all 4 of us, even though it looked this way in the booking. Buried in the fine print. Never again using Expedia to book and will never stay at a Crowne Plaza again.

Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool. The one downside is tour buses lso use this hotel making breakfast very busy in the morning and the breakfast area really isn't large enough for the number of guests.

For the price this hotel is very tired and run down. It doesn’t look like it has been renovated in twenty years and is worse than the pictures. Despite requesting a non smoking room and checking in early I was told that there would be no non smoking rooms available. This meant as awful experience in the room.
The staff are friendly and helpful but I would avoid this hotel in Osaka.

The ANA Crown Plaza is a good hotel. The room was really small but clean and serviced every day. The lounge bar had a limited selection of food and drinks and high prices. The History bar was closed during my stay. Perhaps, the time of the year (December 31-January 4) made the hotel too quiet with some amenities closed.

A unique area of Osaka to stay in especially at night time, full on cabaret area. The hotel staff were on the ball with all we could have asked for. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very convenient for our family of five. The view of the city was exceptional and access to restaurants in the Kita Ward was exactly what we were looking for. The walk to Osaka palace and Dotonbori were beyond us, recommend a taxi or train. Plenty to explore in this hotel for facilities but we didn't spend enough time at hotel to do this. I would recommend this hotel, good value for money.

The hotel itself is a little outdated and the rooms could use a refresh.
The charging ti use the pool for the hotel guest should be something the hotel looks into changing as it should be an included with the stay.

We stayed as a family and they didnt like taking any rubbish out of the room, it was much smaller than expected with the double beds more like king singles and if we were any older we couldnt have a shower as you had to climb into a fairly high bath
