My stay at the Viceroy in DC was excellent. The hotel was lovely, the staff was very accommodating, and we even enjoyed the restaurant, Dove Tail. The location was perfect; we could easily walk to 14th Street.

MY STAY AT THE VICEROY WAS, AS ALWAYS, FANTASTIC. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS AVAILBALE TO ASSIST WITH ANY MATTER THAT ARISES. THE LOCATION IS GREAT FOR FINE DINING AS WELL AS SHOPPING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE VICEROY HOTEL!

Gorgeous boutique hotel! Everything is do well done and it's located close to shops and restaurants!

Windows need to be replaced with mold and fog in between double pane glass. Art covering bookcases in lobby looks very misplaced-much better on walls. Rooms need pens/paper. Housekeeping was great, as was front desk and valet staff. Coffee in shop in lobby tasted burnt and needs upgrade. Blackout blinds were amazing.

Wonderful stay for 5 nights. The staff was super friendly and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is a neighborhood a short walking distance from downtown and around the corner from an area with lots of restaurants to choose from.

Construction going on at this location very very loud. Tried doing zoom meetings in room and was too loud. Started very early. Loud guests as well. Wifi was slow too

Lovely staff and local art. This boutique hotel is stylish and sweet. In-room amenities and rooftop bar was a little bumpy. Confusing tines listed for happy hour and pool hours. The room had a few small weird things amiss, like dead batteries in the remote control and a broken coffee machine, but other than that, our stay was great.

Location was a little bit of a walk from public transportation, but I loved the hotel. For a solo trip to DC, this was really perfect. Staff was extremely helpful, and room was modern looking.

The hotel was good, but I was disappointed with parking. The desk rep offered no help in self-parking on the street or in a lot, and the parking attendant couldn’t drive a stick shift, so I had to park it myself on your driveway. Since that is not valet service, doesn’t cost the hotel anything, not my choice or preference, and I was given no alternatives, it felt wrong to be charged for this.

Beautiful boutique hotel near restaurants, nightlife and major DC tourist attractions. Alisha is a gem! She goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. Cant wait to return.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar and pool. Absolutely top-notch hotel with super nice staff who were so helpful. Plus, the restaurant was a culinary delight, serving delicious meals. We had a great staying experience at Viceroy! Staff is very friendly. They took care of all our requests right away. Very clean throughout the hotel. Cafe food is good. Rooftop pool was nice, water a little cold though. Overall We would highly recommend it!

The hotel was very cute and nice. We also liked the area. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Great area. My only complaint was the blow dryer is rigged so you can only use it on a low setting which is impossible for someone that has thick hair. So bring your own blow dryer or you will be going to dinner with wet hair like I did. Other than that the hotel and staff were excellent.

Property staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I stayed here with my dog, on a pet friendly floor, and didn’t have the slightest noise issue. Rooms are intimate and spacious. Pool and restaurant dining are quality and co no eminent. Neighborhood felt safe, yet active nightlife.

I had stayed here last October and it was spectacular!! The service was fantastic!! I was expecting the same, so I booked it for this past weekend. What a complete shock and disappointment. This staff they have now couldn’t care less about customer service or even basic manners. They have clearly not been trained. This is everyone from the front desk to the valets. However, the staff at the Dovetail were exceptional!!! The front desk people were having personal inappropriate conversations and were absolutely not suited for a hospitality role. Upon retrieving my car from valet (which took an hour to pull up) I found someone’s hair extension on the passenger front seat and damage to the driver rear door. I told the front desk associate just to make her aware. I don’t want anything from anyone. What a horrible disappointment from last visit. Whomever does the hiring needs to take a look at the people they have representing them. The valets openly show how annoyed they are with patrons and so do the front desk staff. Just a wildly bizarre experience. No one cares here. I won’t be coming back.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Everything was so well appointed and beautiful in the hotel. The pool was awesome for the hot summer. The soaker tub was also fabulous. This was a great location for tourism with lots of restaurants and walking distance to the National Mall.
