We had an excellent time during our stay. My son with Autism loved the top floor and the balcony, It made our stay calm. The pool and hot tub were amazing to relax in, we are definitely will be back for our anniversary next year.

Looks old from outside but has obviously been renovated. Beautiful lobby with great food and drinks. Rooms clean with plenty of space. Nice pool and hot tub. Highly recommend

We love coming here and we really like this hotel. Only thing is during our stay the heated pool was unusually cold and airconditioning is running instead of heater ( so it makes it more cold). Not sure if suppose to be like that but the kids enjoyed it. Just had to go back and fort in the hot tub.

I came into town for a concert and my daughters and I stayed at the Double Tree in Colorado Springs. The hotel staff was very friendly at check in and check out. The complimentary cookies were very nice. The lobby was gorgeous. Our rooms were very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel manager was one of the best hotel staff members I have ever met! Although I do not recall his name, I will say that the customer service he provided, from the initial greeting to the genuine way he tried to ensure I had a pleasant stay is commendable! He deserves to be recognized for his stellar service and professionalism.

We attended an event at the World Arena. Location of the hotel was convenient and we loved the huge bar downstairs!

It was good, nothing special. We only stayed one night and it accommodated our needs. I would suggest putting luggage carts at each entrance. We had to make a couple trips from our car to the room as there were no carts available. Other than that, everything was okay.

First, don’t let these photos fool you. While the entrance when you first come in looks nice/recently renovated the back of the hotel with the rooms has not been and smells stale. The outside looks like some cheap hotel. When we walked into our room the AC was set on 60 and it was rather warm inside. My partner and I reported this to the office and the engineer said the entire building was out? After looking at the reviews it seems to have been an issue for guests the night before, and I’m not sure how they went all day without fixing this issue before 8:30pm. We had an early morning and needed to go to bed so we requested a refund so we could stay else were. The front desk worker allowed it after going back and forth for a minute. The pictures of the building in the photos does not look like this property. Overall not an awful place but for the price you pay I expect a better quality hotel.

From the photos did not expect the hotel to be in a shopping center. They made it look like it was closer to nature. The room was old (cottage cheese ceilings) and not very cosy. I accidentally booked an “accessible” room which means the closet is short, the shower has no tub (water just spills out to the rest of the bathroom floor),etc. the receptionist said there were no other rooms we could switch to. Not the best experience but not terrible.

I liked everything until it was time to sleep. My ac did not cool enough to my liking even though I set the temp to 60°. I was too tired to complain so I just dealt with it. The property grounds were nice and quiet with plenty of comfortable patio chairs. Pool was good and the hot tub was plenty hot perfect for relaxing. Overall I would recommend and I will definitely be returning.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was amazing. Coffee downstairs, a great pool, and great workout facility made it even better. I would love to see a water filling station next time we stay at the Doubletree.

The staff was awesome but noticed that the amount of the charges on my credit card was more than the receipts shown. Tried to get a refund as I had my receipts but to no avail. Will never use Expedia nor Holiday Inn!!!!!

Apparently Hilton is struggling financially as they have help facilitate a fraud claiming that I booked once in January (which I did with Bookkng.com) and then booked two more rooms in July (?) through Expedia.com ! So I was charged for my only room I stayed in and twice more for two rooms I didn’t use. Your choice but next time I’m booking with someone else. 😕 It’s called fraud !

This listing was a complete dupe. The rooms are old and stink. The hallways are unsafe with loose carpet, so much so my husband tripped and was injured. 1/10 staff members were friendly’ish. They advertise breakfast then charge for it and it’s no better than a low grade hotel breakfast. Old facilities except the lobby which is what they highlight because it’s been redone. Sketchy people in the parking lot.

This property is beside the interstate, and it’s very noisy outside. There are unhoused people begging for money at the stoplight outside the hotel. Not a place we would feel safe walking. The outside looks like a dump, but the inside was surprisingly updated, modern, and clean. There is a huge bar, a restaurant, and a Starbucks inside. While the lobby was great, the rooms were not as impressive. The beds were the most uncomfortable, lumpy, sagging beds I’ve ever slept in. Our toilet was broken, and we had to use water from the sink to make it flush. Unacceptable. The televisions would not change to the channel that you selected. Finally, our entire family woke up with horrible headaches. You need to make sure room 348 has no carbon monoxide leak. We will never stay here again because we feel it is unsafe.

This was an additional night at the hotel we had booked through a USFSA skating event my son attended. The city is beautiful with a lot of amenities, good restaurants, and shopping as well as close to the Olympic Training facility in which the event was hosted.

We changed our travel plans and came in a day early. The hotel staff that greeted us were professional and welcoming. They got us a room right away and made sure to ask about crediting back the reservation we no longer needed for the next day. Martini, our server in the bar was excellent! Our drinks were so good and his service was top notch!

This was the first night of our vacation and we had a long driving day. We loved the bar and restaurant on site. Martini was our bartender and he was fantastic! He made the most delicious and pretty drinks! He really knows what he’s doing. The food was delicious too! I got a great nights sleep. The bed was perfect!

The stay was fantastic. It was my 2 kids, husband and myself. We all enjoyed it. If I was being picky I would say the pool was heavily chlorinated and cloudy. All our eyes were very red after 30 mins in there. But other then that we loved it and would stay agin.
