I always like Holiday Inn Express when I can. The room was great, but the bed was a little hard and no one checked the fridge. There was a leftover yogurt in there.

When we arrived, Kyle greeted us. He was very friendly and informative. Check in was a breeze. The meeting room at the front was very clean, along with the halls and elevators. Our room was spotless and in great shape. Everything was updated. As far as noise-we could only hear the traffic a little bit. The AC was a little loud, so it drowned most of it out. Sometime in the night, we were woke up by someone across the hall yelling and slamming their door. Then we woke up again (2 more times) due to a car alarm being set off twice. These episodes had nothing to with the actual hotel, just the guests.
This location is close to restaurants, gas stations, and there is a beautiful outdoor mall a few miles away.
The breakfast provided was great for being a hotel. Eggs, potatoes, ham, fruit, waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, and a fridge with milks, yogurt, boiled eggs, etc. There was also a drink dispenser with juices.
Check out was a breeze.
For being as picky about hotels as I am, I would recommend this location. We will stay again if we need to in the future.

Great hotel with friendly staff. We stayed in two rooms and both were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious, with many options. Close to places to eat, the airport, and a mall. Very pet friendly as well!

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. The only downside is the interstate noise & you can hear other people when they shut their doors. We had forgot our sound machine so if you have one take it with you.

We reserved a king bed and were given a double queen.
The bathroom floors were disgusting and the whole room smelled like a wet pet had just left. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel and appreciate that. But the room smelled terrible and the bathroom floor and moldings looked to have never been wiped down. Very offensive to the eyes and to the nose. Usually love the beds but found this time to be lumpy and haphazardly made.

I had reserved a King room but was given 2 queen beds. Staff said they couldn't do snything about it because I had booked through a third party (Expedia). The real reason was because they gave my room to someone else for more money *the staff confirmed this).

Staff and property were fantastic so this is a little nit-picky. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was that the tv was near impossible to navigate and had no menus to help or apps or streaming services installed and no ability to install them - even to use my own accounts with. Netflix, Hulu, Disney , -no cost to at least put them on the tv for people to use their own accounts with- especially if the tv content is beyond atrocious to utilize. At the very least, place a printed channel guide in the room.

Had a wonderful stay. Check in was super easy. Staff were amazing. Rooms were very nice and clean. Looked fresh and updated. Hot water was hot, shower had water pressure. Beds were comfy pillows were too. Only "complaint" and i wouldnt even call it that could not get the fan for the ac to stay running just for the sound to help sleep at night. Room was a great temp. Blankets were soft. Breakfast in the mornings was delicious! The young lady working the breakfast area was very friendly and attentive making sure everything was well kept. Yes there is a little noice here as it is close to the airport. However, i knew that when i booked it and it did not bother a single person in my party from sleeping. We will absolutely be back again!

The hotel was super clean and bright. We loved the lobby. Plenty of space to visit. We were there with a volleyball group and had a great time together. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will go back for sure!
