Bathroom is cramped, window lock blew open in night storm, the breakfast buffet was fresh and good, the staff was always helpful and friendly, my room was on the 5th floor street side and the voices really echoed up there

The hotel was great. It's very well located, the staff are helpful, and the room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious. It also offers excellent breakfast! Our biggest challenge was no wifi, which was very difficult as international travelers relying on it. The staff did raise the complain but weren't able to fix it. This was the only - but significant - challenge with our trip.

Aging property in need of a renovation It's a very small room for three people, The crazy thing about that is they actually had a bunkbed above the pullout bed so four people could share this miniature room. The main beds were OK, the third extra bed was hard as a board. Room itself was extremely hot at night with no ability to open a window, other than maybe an inch and no air conditioning in the room. If you open the window and you're staying there in the summer, you have to close the blinds because otherwise you were sleeping in a bright room and when you close the blinds, there is zero airflow so that was difficult. He needs to get people a fan. The breakfast is OK the positive, it's in a really great location walking distance to everything. The front desk staff is helpful.

We only stayed one night. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the rooms very comfortable and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the centre of town, so great location too.
The breakfast was amazing, so much choice and beautifully presented. We did not eat buffet dinner (Monday - Thursday - though the food looked delicious)

This earns a good review, but....
I found the TV bearing on. The hand soap was completely empty; small detail in a bigger picture: had the room actually been cleaned? It seems so and they got me the soap in the end.
The room (and the hotel) looks in need of some reparing here and there. Quite cold even with the heating at full steam. Luckily I could use the other duvet.
I'm not new to Northern climate.
I didn't mention anything. I was staying only two nights and didn't want anyone in my room.
In general I found it overpriced. But the potential is good.

It’s in an excellent location. The AirPort Express shuttle is a two minute walk from there. My room was in an interesting location. My window faced an interior seating area used for storage. There was large storage containers blocking half my windows. I didn’t mind. The walls were very thin, I could hear the room next door plugging in their devices and such but it was quiet at night. There was a climate control fan on which was loud and made a rhythmic noise which I didn’t really like. Woke up during the night to turn it off. The water pressure in the shower was amazing and I didn’t turn it on all the way.
