This is a well located, beautiful hotel. The room was clean and spacious. However, I thought the service was lacking. We paid $380 per night for a king room with a pull out sofa. The woman at the front desk told me housekeeping would bring up the linens for the queen pull out. That never happened. We had to get them ourselves at the front desk as well as extra washcloths and toilet paper. For that price, the service should be much better.

Very nice hotel for a weekend stay. Good location. Rooms are very clean and modern. Would stay there again if visiting Indy.

Hotel was nice and clean. Shower did not drain and had to go to front desk to get sheets and pillow for sleeper sofa. Overall nice facility and good service.

Hello. Me and my family stayed here on 6/18/24 . The room was beautiful with a stunning view. We even opened the curtains all the way up to see the lake. My husband then pulled back the covers and as soon he held it up to the light I GASPED. The black spots under the comforter was very disturbing. My husband said it could possibly be the feathers in the comforter but either way it left me very uneasy all night long. I barely slept . I put the blanket we brought from home as a shield on my skin to protect me from the unknown. Marriott is a multimillionaire company and needs to invest better in their bedding sets. There’s no reason to turn the blind eye to that. I took pictures of it as well. The next morning I woke up to a huge scorpion looking bug that I trapped with a cup . We alerted the staff on 6/18 of the issues and showed them the pictures and they apologized and offered refreshments. We probably won’t stay here again.

Love the location! Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance and a close drive to Lucas Oil Stadium. I called at 1:30am for an extra blanket the staff member was at my door within 5 minutes! Absolutely a 10/10 recommend!

Large, modern room that was quite comfortable; basic amenities (week-long stay - no bathrobe or slippers or other shower amenities than gel, hair shampoo, conditioner and body lotion); room was not cleaned daily (I left the room by 8am every day as I attended a conference). Room service was rather poor quality (selection; food was okay enough), and sadly, served in PLASTIC containers and cutlery. Not what I’d expect in a 4* hotel, absolutely not eco-friendly.

Everything was great including the breakfast buffet and late night room service. Door slaming and the halls were very noisey at night though.

I stayed here 1 day. From the time we checked in and utilized the lobby and restaurant, we were treated very well. All the workers greeted us, answered our questions thoroughly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a waiste of money. I should have gone to Hamptons. Faculities just as nice with free eminities including breackfast. Your only paying that extra money for the name, not the stay.

Several places to sit together as a group and visit.

This is a nice hotel but it's starting to show it's age.
