Terrible, this place should be shutdown. Got one room walked in smelled like dead rats and cigretts smell

It was making a lot of noise the water the toilet I couldn’t sleep. The door did not lock so it was scary because people were arguing outside.

I arrived in my room, and it smelled like an ashtray. I was assigned a different room, and as I opened the door, I saw Roaches running around on the wall and floor. I sat and called the front office, and they ran around in front of me on the floor. The handyman accompanied me to the third room. As we opened the room, we saw a roach running on the wall. He pulled out a towel, smashed it, and said, "Don't worry if you only see one; you're okay; it's only a problem when you see more than one." As I was on the phone with the front desk, I saw a giant bed bug crawling across the floor, so I pointed that out to the handyman, and he said, "It's just a baby roach." he tried several times to smash it but he couldn't because it was not a roach but a bedbug who have a thick exoskeleton. I went to a 4th room, but I left all of my belongings in the sink and ended up leaving around 1 am as I was worried about the insects crawling into my belongings and me infecting my home.

Furniture was very old and worn. Towels and bed sheets felt like they were washed but did not look very clean. There was a baby roach by the sink.

terrible place to stay. place doesn't look nothing like the pictures. my car was hit on the hotel parking lot and no one couldn't help with the problem. they have camaras they didn't want to share the feed back. its just the worst place i have ever stayed.

I have to say that the young lady at the counter was very in tune to her customers fluent in english and spanish she navigated wit ease the checkins and explaining the amenities....excellent!

If you need a handicapped room call the hotel directly on the morning of your stay. No one pays attention to requests. I called to say I was going to be late checking in and was told I would be upstairs ( that was all they had left. Was rudely informed if I needed a handicapped accessible room I should have called early in the morning). Both the motel and hotels told me I didnt request special accommodations when my receipt clearly has a check mark for no stairs to entrance. When I arrived I did get a non smoking downstairs room but I was stressed for hours trying ro figure out how I was going to get my luggage upstairs. When I asked hotels.com to find me a hotel with a room downstairs or an elevator I was told I would have to pay for another room AND STILL PAY for the original hotel. God is good and I got a room downstairs in original motel. Pay hotels/expedia directly or the price will go up $2-5 a night for a single (bed) room.

Single mom with 2 young kids got bombarded by homeless upon arrival. Then we had to leave our car in the front parking lot, walk through the group of homeless and then around to the back where more homeless where hanging out and NO parking. Our room was located in a dark corner…plenty of rooms on the back side of the building with available parking…I asked to be moved to a safer room and was told “no and that they have security cameras so I would be fine. I didn’t even open the door to our room for the lack of safety and the property REFUSED to honor any type of refund because “they have cameras”.,,,

We got this room for the pool. Pool was so dirty you couldn’t see your hand in water. Then was shut down. Sink water smelled like sewer water.

Everything is old, the bedsheets are heavily stained. The toilet flush is half broken, with running water, the appliances are old and pieces of it are broken or heavily scratched, there is weird smell in the room. This is not like on the photos

The front desk employees were very accommodating! And the cleaning ladies were polite as well.

Last minute booking due to fires in my grandson’s home area. They were very happy with the accommodations.

The hotel had a smell of water , it had hair in the restroom , the restroom shower had a whole on the ceiling , cacaroaches I think they should clean it better

I had broken shutters in my room, where people could see in my room my room look like it was the only room that looked like that they were taped up, and they fell down throughout the night

Black feet. Filthy floors. Smelled like old cigarette smoke.

I thought the worst of my issues would be the noisy air conditioning but no, was kept awake most of the night by a large group of men playing loud music, drinking and banging on doors from 2.30am to 4am. Didn't feel safe to leave the room. Where was the hotel security guard? Asleep probably and claimed he didn't see anything when we reported it the next morning. Staff unapologetic and just shrugged.Terrible experience.

First room the door knob broke. The floors were peeling. Table was old and broken pieces.walls were repaired badly. Wore out room. We did get upgrades which had improvements but floor was peeling up. I would not recommend this place. They score a 7 but I give it a 1.

Needed a place to stay for several days with my dog. Nice grass areas for walking and potty breaks. Room has fridge and microwave so I should prepare meals. BUT there was no ice machine. The one I found never has ice in it and you needed to pay to get the ice out. I've never seen anything like this at a hotel or motel. I expect to be able to fill an ice bucket without needing quarters. Not sure I'll stay here again.
