Quiet and comfort stay like the name itself says easy check in easy check out simple and easy access and exiting

Everything was great EXCEPT the water didn’t get hot for a bath or shower and the AC/Heat wasn’t working. I was able to borrow a fan from the lobby so I slept well. The dining area for breakfast was really small no room to move around or sit for eating.

Room was spacious. Carpet was dirty and it smelled. No freezer. Had to ask for towels. Beds were comfortable but were full size not queen size as advertised. For the price , not so bad I guess.

Great place to stay, arrival was pleasant and greeted. Even asking a question not pertaining to the hotel seeking a location they are knowledgeable. Place is surrounded by restaurants which is great.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was super friendly and attentive, something you don't always see. Special thanks to the young lady day shift at the desk and the young lady that made the breakfast. They were very pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Only disappointment were the pool towels. They were small like hand towels. Location is also great as there are places to eat close by.

Very good hotel very clean, restroom was amazing, pool was amazing as well and the beds are cery comfortable will definitely stay here again, the breakfast was ok not the best but can not complain free food and the staff is nice and kind no attitude from them whatsoever always smiling at the guests.

I rented 2 rooms.
Needed accommodation for a wheelchair. Room was a little crowded for the wheelchair.
Oh surprise! No elevator!!
Have also a new born baby, so that took extra effort, as my 2nd room w the baby was upstairs.
Having to go up and down the stairs with 3 kids while trying to bring our luggage into our room was definitely not pleasant && the ac was not working properly.
We asked for towels and were told someone would take them to our room because they ddnt have any at the lobby.
Well…we never got our towels.

Overall it was a pleasant stay! often seen debris on hallway. breakfast is very average. If you want to walk to the beach, have to cross the padre island ave, which was little hectic. Pool was the smallest I have seen. Outside the hotel was very dirty, garbage everywhere on the ground. A/C water on the walkway. Staff was very friendly.

I used rhe filters to limit to all hotels on waterfront. This hotel came up so I booked it expecting waterfront. It is off the main street of SPI not even walkable to beach without having to cross the main busy road and then a 2nd street to get to beach.
