Upon arrival I had requested an early check in and unfortunately it could not be accommodated. They were able to store our luggage and when we returned we were checked in quickly. The room was spacious however the furniture in the room is dated and worn. The washroom was quite large and has oversized towels which was nice treat and a great blow dryer!

This was a good place to stay if you are catching a flight. There is not a lot to do around the Hotel, but the breakfast was good. The surprising part was the ala Carte dinner menu—very good. The next night there was a buffet dinner not as good.
The hotel is showing its age, but not bad.
We could see the planes from our room, but surprisingly there was not the noise I thought I would hear.
In my opinion, a good place to stay before catching a flight some where.

Very good hotel , close to airport , shuttle to airport was also a convenient service . Very comfortable , clean , friendly stuff … everything was excellent .
Maybe for future plans to add ska (sauna or hamam) that would be needed at the end of the day .

This property might have been 4 stars when it first opened, but today it is 2 stars at best.
The carpets are filthy, the wallpaper is missing patches and everything is generally scuffed up, used and need to be replaced.
In the room, the table is wobbly, the chairs are dirty, and though there is a nice selection of teas, the kettle plug has been shoved behind a dresser and cannot be plugged in without moving the entire dresser (I did not). The bathroom faucets are covered in brown grime, the tub has weird patching (I refused to use the shower it's so dirty) and the bidet seat cover isn't attached, it's just casually placed on the bowl. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything the neighbors do and everything in the hallway, you can also hear every time someone flushes their toilet.
For the price, I highly recommend staying in a better hotel in a better location.
And the hotel shuttle isn't operational, despite what the listing says.

Hotel was in an ideal location for the airport and metro link into the city / water front. The nearest shop (I could find) was a 10 minute walk away at the Sporting football stadium. The room allocated was on the first floor (I had requested a high floor) but there was no traffic noise. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. A eat in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good as was the breakfasts with a wide selection. I used the hotel gym and it was reasonably well equipped but not air conditioned. All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. I would stay at the hotel again if staying in Lisbon.

This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle

It was very easy to check in for our rooms and the host was charming. The hotel provides transportation to the airport without a fee. (gratuity was appreciated) We also ate at their restaurant and were really pleased with the food.

The service was really great. However, the room we stayed in had a broken fridge, the bathtub drain wouldn't stop draining to give my child a bath, and there was a huge fly in the room that affected our ability to sleep.
Overall the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The website advertises a shuttle to the airport, however the shuttle doesn't accommodate very much space. Only 5 sign ups per hour, and we weren't able to utilize this service which was a primary reason for deciding to book at this location.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay we booked to stay extra nights. The breakfast is wonderful lots of great options and the kitchen made pancakes and french toast for my daughter which she absolutely loved. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was sensational. They are so kind and helpful. The rooms are large and spacious which was great. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. The airport is close to the hotel which is perfect and cheap to get to with Uber and bolt. All the front staff are so kind aswell and Edwardo made me laugh all the time.

The hotel is outdated. But the room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. If you are a light sleeper it may not be a good choice for you as it faces the highway and is very loud. The rooms were a bit older, but not too bad. I was supposed to receive 2 Queen beds, but they gave me 1 Queen and 1 folded cot (smaller than a twin). I spoke to the front desk person and he told me that is all he had for me, after I asked him for another room. He did not budge and I will never stay at this hotel again and I also let friends know to not stay there as well.

Excellent staff and clean but dated looking and rooms are very small. In fact, if traveling as a couple one has trouble in room to open both suitcases at same time. Bed is small but comfortable. Fine to duck into for a quick overnight before leaving airport. Few food options around but a grocery randomly placed across Hwy literally inside stadium walls. Decent value.

Hotel is conveniently located near Humberto Delgado Airport. There is a restaurant onsite with food that you would normally expect from a hotel—nothing exciting, but not terrible. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Rooms could use a little sprucing up and carpet is very worn. I wouldn’t spend my vacation here but it was a good hotel for a night or two.

DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel. It is run down and not worth the money.The place looks nothing like the pictures. Single pane windows next to a very busy road( noisey) burnt out lights, bathroom door didnt close, wall paper peeling off wallls in the hallways. So far away from everything. booked a room with 2 beds and only got a room with 1 tired mattress. I was told i would get a refund for nights not stayed. But manager decided not to refund anyways and was rude.

Radisson Blu has been my go-to hotel in Lisbon for probably a decade. The service is impeccable; the rooms are very clean. It is very close to the airport and to shopping (Oriente train station area and Columbo mall.
