The location is perfect to walk around. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Great hotel!

If choosing as a business hotel then great. Requested a massage which is advertised as part of the hotel and was informed rather abruptly ‘well we would have to call someone in from home to arrange that, it’s €100.’ Then no further offer to arrange or when would I like it. I booked hotel for spa and massage facilities and, really, it has neither. Rooms were clean and comfortable and location ok for seeing the city and getting to/from the airport. Breakfast was adequate.

Friendly staff, great service. Baggage storage available. Right at subway station for easy commute from airport. Lovely walk to downtown from hotel along wide tree lined street.

The staff was exceptional! There were several staff members in the lobby at all times and very willing to help! The room was very clean and the shower was wonderful.

This Hotel needs to update their linens. Towels, sheets old and worn out. Carpet can use a shampoo. Had a problem, alerted the manager. He addressed problem in a timely manner. I would stay at this hotel again as I believe their issues can easily addressed.

Excellent location, very helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet but restaurant/bar quite bleak. Room very comfortable, bathroom has great shower but would benefit from a decent towel rack, and somewhere to put toiletries in shower. We were happy to reuse towels but they were replaced anyway!

A good choice of a hotel in the better area of Lisbon. Near to the rental car agency. Had a good rest after a long flight over.

Nice, relaxed hotel with friendly service. It's also conveniently located in terms of metro and walking. But we didn't receive any of the vip benefits we were supposed to.

clean, bright and spacious room. However, no complimentary water. No veg and salad for breakfast. Hope more choices of food for breakfast. Other than these, hotel is very nice. Bell boy was very helpful and efficient, approached us to unload the luggage from our car right away.

The hotel is about a 15min walk to old town 25 min walk to beginning of Alfama. Its on Lisbon’s fancy boulevard with high end stores. The hotel is quiet and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable quilet stay.

Fantastic location, especially for the hop on hop off bus. Bina at the front desk was especially helpful in guiding us to local points of interest. Opportunity for improvement: ventilation system.

The staffs are great, they are helpful and friendly, always available. The cleanliness is a bit not as great, as I noticed that they didn't clean floors during daily cleaning up, always forgot to refill amenities, and bath towels are not sparkling clean like some other hotels. The location is good though, and the rooms are quiet, air condition is working great, water pressure is good, I recommend this hotel and will come back. The perks expedia offered as VIP rewards can't be claimed as we are visiting Portugal, most of the time we were out for visiting and we were told by hotel staff that the latest we book the steam has to be no later than 8pm that was quite disappointing and we were unable to make it, hope they can change that. And one last drawback about this hotel is that they never read emails so communication break down between hotel and customers.

The staff are amazing! The best service ever. The location of this hotel is perfect for sightseeing. The hub for the Hop-on Hop-off bus is just 2 blocks away. Lots of high end shopping in the neighbourhood. The service and food at the in house restaurant is great. The breakfast served in the morning was very good as well. The hotel is under going some renovations, however work is only being done during the daytime hours. The comfort of the bed and pillows were not the best. Parking was a little pricy, but the staff took care of parking the car! Would recommend staying here when in Lisbon.

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpfully, restaurant is very nice with the great food, breakfast is good, but nothing special. In the room coffee and tea only for two cups,if you would like additional it's will be on charge, mini bar is full but everything even water and cola on charge. Location is nice, subway is 100 m from the hotel, that you can go to any direction.

It is a good place, close to metor stops and hop on off. Staff very friendly!! We didn't get our spa treatments sadly, they would have helped with all thw walking

it's a ok hotel but pretty much nothing has been done past 20 years. Worst part of the stay was the constant noise. It was partly AC but even when I turned the AC off, there was about 50 dB all night. So it was pretty loud humming even with earplugs on. (50 dB is like sleeping next to a running dishwasher.) I could also hear people using light switches in other room. Hotel was clean and service was good, but it didn't help because the building is apparently made of thin cardboard and the AC equipment was made when there were still 5 members in Spice girls.

Location is great. 1 minute walk fo Metro station. It closes to all the luxury stores, fast food is nearby. Hotel room is spacious,with a nice view of Liberty Ave. Hotel assigned us 2 rooms could link together which is very convenient. I really appreciate their arrangement. Bathroom is very clean and with all the supplies. Only wish if they provide a coffee machine instead of kettle. I believe it would be convenient to some travellers if they prefer making tea or cup noodles. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
