Beautiful hotel with first class staff .

Nice hotel. The restaurant has a good choice and rooms have good facilities. Have stayed a number of times and as a hotel the main rooms are looking a little tired in parts. Bed was a little hard personally but everyone has their own choice.

My room was right next to a busy main road which kept me awake for most of the night.
The food was poor, with the chips not even slightly cooked.

Hotel was fine for what it was. Only issues were we got there at 15:00 to be told the room wasn't ready (check in 15:00) so was told to slowly walk up to allow time for the manager to check the room. The big issue was the next morning around 08:00 someone tried to get into our room. They had successfully opened the door but luckily we had the latch on. We were told at the reception desk this was the cleaner and they thought the room was empty. This is totally unacceptable and this is a failure of management not giving proper instructions as to what rooms need to be cleaned. We even had a sign on the door saying do not disturb. Would come back, but only if absolutely desperate.

Lovely hotel, the sofa bed was not comfortable maybe consider 2 double beds for a family room.
No where to sit and do hair and make up as there was no mirror near the seating.

Wanted to leave my room but reluctantly decided to stay in my room because of the issues the hotel was having with the Cyber Security Breach.

Terrible room experience compared to previous stay. Light flickering at entrance to room, stained sofa ed which we were told couldn’t be folded and eventually folded by staff.
Selected breakfast at time of booking but not showing so walked away without breakfast and not using this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay for our daughter’s graduation. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Excellent bathroom and shower with lovely Crabtree and Evelyn products there for you to use. Enjoyed a lovely breakfast both days. Lots of free onsite parking. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely room with very spacious rainfall style shower. We are in the restaurant for an evening meal and breakfast. Both were lovely. The restaurant team were fabulous. Really friendly. Cleaning lady we passed on the hall was also friendly even though busy. We stayed for my cousin’s wedding which was held on site , so we even got to sneak away for a snooze. Wonderful occasion.

Good mid range hotel. Room clean and spacious with a good bed. Food pretty good but hotel expensive. Staff all very professional. Only downside was noisy air conditioner over night.

Disappointed this time as they charged a lot for room with no breakfast…plus no complimentary water. Bed - sleeping on a quilt rather than a sheet….wont be staying again!

We arrived early as we had a 2 hour drive to get there and wasn't allowed to check in as it was too early. As we had a family celebration to attend it meant that we couldn't check in till around 9pm so had to leave bags etc in the car. The room was good and clean the staff all pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was good

The property is fine, the pillows are horrible, the tv remote didnt work, the restaurant food is very over priced for what is served. The hotel is fine to stay in and the breakfast is amazing.

Came to Nottingham on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel room. The ceilings were tall, the room was very comfortable and well appointed. I had dinner at the hotel and my meal was very good. I would definitely stay again.
