Wifi didn’t work at all

The rooms were very spacious. There were many good dining options nearby. They accomodated our request for an early check-in as well.

Hotel enjoyimg a good location in the heart of the city. Nice staff. The room was spacious but the mattress needs to be replaced. It was too old.

Old property with large room

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Lisbon vacation. The thing that made it special was the unbelievable attention the front line staff paid to meeting our needs. Great team. Would return in a heartbeat.

Great price. Really old TV - weird Clean shower and bathroom. Walls a bit thin.

Pros: - Great location - SUPER helpful staff - Really comfortable bed - Close to metro - Easy to arrange airport transfer Cons: - Internet sucked - It smelled veryyyyy fragrant like in a super floral weird way - Hairdryer basically didn't do anything - We didn't use the TV but the TV was probably from like 1995 - That weird glow in the dark map for the hotel was too bright and we had to figure out how to cover it for us to not feel like our room was completely lit up at night - Aggressively blinking light overhead

Honestly, like other Turim hotels this was a great place to stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff (great staff!), close to Metro, many restaurants around and within a short walking distance, grocery store just around the corner, very large room! Only criticism would be the furnishings in the room are outdated. Really, that’s it. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

While the property and our room were very nice there are signs of wear all over the hotel. The bar was closed. The dining room only open for breakfast.

Staff was superb

Room very clean, but also very small. Had to leave window open as air conditioning inadequate. Nothing wrong with the place but better value elsewhere.

Very friendly staff at check in & quick service. Nice reception area with a bar area next to it. Breakfast area was to the other side. Lift to all floors. Location was slightly out of the centre, but was only short walk from the metro station which was on the airport line. We then used public transport to get to centre. Area looked safe. Room was dated, but clean & good size. We booked a double room, but it came with double bed & single bed. There was a small fridge, wifi was also ok in the room. Room service done on daily basis & well stocked each time. Friendly staff in the breakfast room, with help yourself drinks, hot & cold buffet style food. Check out was also quick & hassle free.

Liked the breakfast, good attitude and helpfulness of staff, easy availability of lifts, proximity to the metro.Didnt like having to pay to use the room safe and the fact that we had to carry a key rather than memorise a code.

Very quiet and comfortable room. The service is well organized, especially the breakfast. I had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel is great for a few days in Lisbon if you want to travel around ,it’s a bit of a walk to places but you can get Uber’s or local transport to get around cheaply , room was spacious and clean as was bathroom , tv is ancient but we didn’t watch it so not a problem to us , staff polite and helpful , breakfast was ok enough to get you started for the day , we got a train to Sintra which I would definitely recommend as a day out , 11 euros by train for all day ticket , then we got a Tut tut round to see all the main sites ,

Great staff. About 15-20 min walk to old town. Room a little too warm and we couldn’t change the setting. Maybe for more passive tourists the room temperature is fine but for the likes of us who walk + 20 miles a day, we rather have our room extra cold. Overall, good experience and would reserve again.

Hotel is in convenient location for both Saldanha & Parque Metro stops. Large bedroom - clean / comfortable. Plug missing from bath (had shower), A/C control panel a bit temperamental. Hot water in short supply before 7 am on one morning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast quite good.

Hotel is old and in need of much renovation..... its qjite a bit out from city centre but fortunately there is a metro only 5 mins away. Food was only ok..... staff were friendly. If all you want is a bed to sleep then this would be ok. Also no spare plug sockets in my room....had to keep unpluging tv when i needed to charge my phone.
