This was my second stay at the Ramada Sofia. A noticeable improvement in the breakfast buffet. Room comfort is average.

Hotel got interesting approach to customers, u got spa in hotel that u can use but u not allowed to use changing rooms and to get to spa u got to walk by main reception, lobby, entry to casino...spa it's okay, rooms could be cleaner or renovated as dated, shower bad with warm water not hot, I would maybe stay again as cheap but definitely not 4 star hotel. Some staff very friendly and helpful some not as much

I always go to Grand hotel, wanted to test Ramada because a little cheaper.
Will not go back, exept young men all the personel at front desk is not interested in the job. 3 days I had to go asking for cleaning my bedroom even once twice a day.
Breakfast is not special and although Ramada is not responsible for the kind of public, they could control behaviour an respect of hygene by the guests.
Cars in front of hotel is also messy, hotel parking is very difficult to enter.

Ramada is a house hold name, and the reason I chose the hotel. I should have known better with the previous reviews. Dingy, dirty and overall the cigarette filled lobby wafting all up to the room I was staying in was very unpleasant. You get what you pay for though. I don’t believe the room I actually booked (king, superior) was the room I received. Overall, I would not stay here again.

I travel a lot and it is long time I could say I was 100 prosent satisfied.I hade newly redecorated room,staff was friendly,breakfast was good.The swimming pool and SPA excellent.Specially the size of the swimming pool.Topp location.Next time I am staying there,that is sure!

The bathroom had hair. The staff was rude. The room did not match the picture and was outdated. The room was dirty. There was a centipede in my bed on me. Was a let down. Needs renovations. Says there is air conditioning and it barely works. I had a horrible sleep because it was so hot.

Good location. Quiet room. Food was ok but expensive. My room was too hot- between 25 and 26c. The controller didn't work. I asked for this to be looked at twice but nothing was done. In addition people were smoking in other rooms and the smoke was getting into my room. The mattress protector made the bed too warm. All of this resulted in an uncomfotable poor nights sleep every night. I won't stay in this Hotel again.

Amazing spa, gym. the hotel has a semi-olympic swimming pool (25mtr) with 4 large lines. All equipment available (flippers, boards,....). Recommend for swimmers (open at 7:00 morning time). Staff from the reception is extremelly helpful and polite. Good breakast.

The hotel definitely is outdated and needs renovation. Environment is really busy. Perfect SPA but swimming pool is crowded,so on my 2 days stay I didn’t manage to use it because of that. Staff is friendly , except security guy, who acting like he works in prison, but not at 5 star hotel.

The A/C system is one for the hotel so no individual options,
If the system is set to heat you can't have cool.
If your going to use the Casino better bring a gas mask with you as it reeks from cigarettes smoke and every one there is in LOW spirits and bummed out, the equipment is ancient, croupiers are rude and drink service is very slow . Rather go to the Casino at the Intercontinental where you will hear laughter and folks having a good time.

I stayed at hotel for 3 nights. When l was checked in there was no hot water at hotel ( since one day ago ) and even no hot water they never informed that situation. Also Hotels.com never informed us and no money back.Even no reservation cancelation. I have talked virtual agent from Hotels com that he said " hotels com just convey the situation to Ramada no pay back and cancel the reservation. I stayed at hotel 3 nights without hot water. At the same time l have reserved a room from the hotel around the area , l took my showers there. That was my last reservation from Hotels.com and Ramada the Hotels.com was very good at the beginning but not they are the worst. Just collecting the money not interesting the rest...

It was amazing to stay a night in Ramada by Wyndham. Pretty central to all lication and public transport especially Central Tran and Bus staions Sofia. I thabk Hotel.com for upgrading my stay from another hotel who let me down. Cheers
