The check in was excellent, quick and easy. The breakfast was not equipped for vegans or dairy free options. Very little vegetarian options and only spicy hot food. Difficult to get soya milk when I asked the staff. Asked 4 different waiters and 3 never came back to me. One went out of his way to get me sorted with soya milk. The waiters should know where to locate this for coffee and it should be available near to the cereals. The music in the restaurant was too loud and tedious, not relaxing. Property location is excellent but a safe path to be able to walk to the airport should be installed so you can walk to airport to be able to get exercise prior to boarding long haul flights. Hotel in general is excellent but needs a total overhaul of its breakfast buffet to accommodate food allergies.

At this price, the room has hardly any amenities, the shower room gets clogged, and to access the in-room dining menu, one has to call reception to learn that we need to go to a specific channel on TV (not default), then scan QR code to access it, how convenient is that for a guest? I have stayed on this property at least 4 times in the last 7 years, and the level of service (be it as breakfast or someone handling your luaggage) is going down

A flying 3 night visit here for a birthday, resulted in a stay at the conveniently located LiLat Hotel, right near to the airport. An early arriving flight was met by a pre-arranged LiLat car, on time and efficient when we were delayed through the long immigration queues. Into reception with an early check in request, but a wait was necessary. The hotel was fully booked overnight with conferences and weddings, a common but understandable theme here. They informed us we could wait by having breakfast, moving the last days breakfast to now, useful and helpful but when we arrived at the restaurant, confusion occurred which made things awkward. Breakfast was nice and plentiful however with friendly staff. Check in was allowed around 11am, and up to our club room on the 6th floor. Spacious. Spotlessly clean. Free water and a basic pay minibar. Bed was comfy. The club lounge was not serving drinks, so evening drinks and tasty snacks were provided between 6.30pm and 8pm in the main hotel bar. Fantastic service here, and lots of choice. Best lounge bar benefits we have experienced. The Indian restaurant is high end, amazing food and service and not too expensive. Well worth a visit. The handy pool area just off the main 24/7 restaurant is appealing, free sun beds and towels. A bit chaotic on our visit with wedding guests. This hotel is secure, clean, friendly and popular with commercial events. We would visit again but only for a short stay. BeLu 28-31JAN24.

We had a very late flight so got to the hotel at around 2am. There was no queue so we thought it would be a quick check-in process, but it took a long time only to find out that we had been allocated the farthest room despite 2 of our group being over 70. The room was not correctly set-up so we had to wait until this was done which took another 30 minutes. We slept closer to 3:30/4am which led to a missed breakfast the next morning. The staff did accommodate us with some toast and basic breakfast, but this could have been avoided if the correct room was allocated the night before. The shower drain was also not functioning properly so we ended up having a pool of water to deal with after every shower. The staff took care of this once we reported it but this should not happen if regular maintenance is being done. Overall, our expectation was much higher for a 5 star hotel.

Very convenient for the international airport (T2). Room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful.

The air conditioning unit was not working properly at all

Unfortunately.. this hotel has gone down massively. The staff don’t seem to be bother, with a lack lustre attitude. Very relaxed, without not being bother that customers have paid good money to stay at the hotel. We checked in, told the lounge access is between 6pm-8pm on the 6th. We arrived at 6pm, with a staff member half asleep on the desk, we were told that lounge had been moved to the bar. We queried this at reception who had no idea on this. Finally after a few phone calls later. It was agreed that it was at the bar. When arriving at the bar, they only had limited food & drink. Each drink order took, 20mins to be served. Not sure if this was a tactic? Breakfast was just as bad, service slow & very relaxed attitude. I’ve never been to a hotel, where fried eggs are not available. It’s a real shame, beautiful hotel, good location. Poor staff & management. Everything slow, too much trouble

Good hotel but needs makeup

Bathroom had no hot water, so had a cold shower. Then when I came out the whole floor was flooded with water, which I didn’t see at first so slipped and fell hitting my head and elbow. Told the duty manager who moved me to another room on the same floor (4th floor) and tested the shower, which also leaked water. I was then left in the room for at least 1hr before getting fed up and going down to the lobby with all my luggage. Was left there for another 30mins before being moved to a residency apartment, which is not what I booked!

Really great hotel, great staff who were brilliant and perfect location for airport. Great food and bar as well with live music on the night I was there

Room was booked for three, only one towels , soap, tea and bottle, i had to call amy times to make for three. Why 299Rs Was asked ro pay at counter ?

The place needs updating, the bed was squicky and noizy. The foor warn and room dated. Bathroom shelves dirty. Its close to the airport

Convenient and near the airport.

Amazing hotel and I would love to stay here again. This time for sure with my family.

Staff front desk needs training in customer service. Customer service is the most important thing in hospitality industry. I experienced very unfriendly attitude by front desk staff.

For arranging transportation from the airport, it took almost half an hour of discussion with different persons, just transferring and passing on the buck.

Room under the bad need to clean its look like in last 5 year Didnt got clean

I requested 2 full size bed for my mother visit to Mumbai and staying at Lalit hotel and they only gave 1 king size bed even booking in advance and confirming with the hotel prior arriving

No running hot water, which is completely unacceptable. No printed menus in the room. Dusty and empty document organizer on desk. Bedside lamps weren’t working, and the most glaring complaint - lights above vanity mirror in the bathroom weren’t working.

Invoice for the stay not received despite making payment

Very nice facilities. Location of the hotel was quiet. Beautiful atrium. Breakfast was pleasant.

Great hotel to stay at if you need to be close to Mumbai Airport Room had a kettle but no cups and saucers or teaspoon! Called room service and they brought me cups and saucers without teaspoons! No tea or coffee in room either which is most unusual for a 5 star hotel!

Considering it being a five star property the room had none of those attributes. There were mosquitoes in the room, furniture was old and worn out, definitely I would never stay there or recommend in future.

The property is great and the staff is very courteous and welcoming. A bit old property but we’ll maintained. Quick room service and clean rooms. I had only one issue, that the hot water in bathrooms, it was not hot at all, I wanted to take a good hot water bath but just got moderately cold water. I think this is something the management needs to take a look at. The breakfast was excellent and overall a great stay.

Convenient for the International airport, good breakfast but the rest was very functional. Compared to other hotel groups in India the staff were not very friendly,

so far so good, Breakfast was free but there was a wait time and it felt so cheap that we do need to wait for some time to grab a quick breakfast and get going with my daily plans. Not nice experience.

The rooms are very tired looking and not what I expected from a hotel in this class. The bathroom particularly looked old and dull. They didn’t respond to any calls for concierge, reception. The staff were miserable and lacked people skills. At reception and in the restaurants. The towels and sheets looked dull and worn. Not a friendly hotel at all. The spa room was very cold and ruined the experience, very disappointing and I will not be returning.

Great property, great location

Room was not properly prepared for us. Room was dusty, broken lamps, worn out. Not up to 5 star. Wifi could not be used by all guests. Breakfast was good. Lobby looks nice, likewise spa and swimming area.

The front desk is very unresponsive. The reception staff is not geared up to help even medical emergencies. Beds are old and uncomfortable.

Quiet place for overnight stay

The toiletries were less. Only 2 set of towels. The front desk, Vaibhav and bell captain, Nester were very cooperative.
