Room was very comfortable and clean. The view was beautiful. It was the first snow of the season and it felt cozy while staying here. Recommend 10/10; will definitely come back!

It was raining and the floor above us was leaking into our room. It smelled of pot and smoking in a non smoking room

The toilet was for a toddler! It was not a standard toilet, it a toilet you find at a preschool

Our stay was decent. It's a cheaper, average type hotel. It was clean and comfy enough to sleep in for a couple nights.

We arrived after 6pm and the front desk clerk had to go check our room to see if it had been cleaned. I told him that it said online that we could check in anytime after 3pm. He told me that the cleaning crew was way behind. The shower was amazing (must have been upgraded recently) after a long day at the Grand Canyon. The water pressure was good and temp was good. The bathroom door looked like someone tried to put their fist through it. The bed was awful! One side of the bed was so saggy, that you felt like you were going to fall off. One of the pillows was ok, but the other one was awful (it was beyond trying to fluff). The towels didn't feel clean. The bed sheets had traces of hair on them (that was not ours). The a/c worked well. The hard (fake) wood floors were nice and clean. Ice machine was great, but $180 for a box with hot water is unacceptable.

Room was.in need of maintenance. Linens were old and torn. Worst of all though the HVAC on blew warm to hot air though the thermostat was set as cold as possible. Finally had to open the door to the outside to cool the room. Staff was appreciative that I told them.

Linen was stained or not changed in between occupants on one bed, the other bed had dirty top blanket and brown ynder blanket. Luckily the ac did not work, (It was on but no cold air at all) so sleeping with just sheets was more than ok. There was food and trash on floor. Not big pieces but crumbs and wrappers throughout room. The window did not open. Really stuffy. On the other hand, the bathtub was big, deep, and relaxing after my hunny cleaned it. The beds were not bed either as far as comfortable goes. And i have to say the gentleman working the bight window last night was great. Very helpful, respectful, and welcoming. I paid $135 through hotels.com and i feel i got ripped off for that price.

THERE IS NO AC!!! My room was 80 degrees and no way to cool it aside from leaving my door open. This is because the hotel does not offer ac when the outside air is below a certain temperature REGARDLESS OF ROOM TEMPERATURE. I literally had to sleep with the door open. Hotels.com would not refund me my money. I have a video of the staff saying there is no way to cool down my room. I was still not offered a refund.

Went to check in early told the room wasn't ready, come back at three and I'm on a do not rent to list after the room had been load for and I've stayed there 100 times over past few years

It is a motel 6. Don't expect much. If you need a cheap place to stay in a bind, not terrible.

AC did not work in room, nor was there hot water at bathroom sink. There were no outlets by bed for plugging in medical equipment.

Only problems i had was i had to reactivate my key card everyday and no plug in by the bed

The air condition was not cut off. It runs 24 hours.

Room had leaks in the ceiling (118) , the first clerk refused to move us or give our money back , it was take it or leave . The night manager Greg switch our room after I showed pictures of the water dripping and described the urine , mildew smell! The second room was better but I had to pay 6.50$ to move to room 132 . Overall experience will make me think twice about staying at motel 6 again

Room was pretty bare. No refrigerator or microwave. Heating unit didn't work that well either.

It was old and a bit on the run down side.

As you’d expect from a budget motel. No frills, but if you’re just looking for a quick, convenient base in flagstaff you can’t go wrong. There’s a pool Too if you have time.
