Everything great and a good breakfast

We like the pet friendly rooms for our stupid cat. Beds are comfy, everything works, good breakfast.

We've stayed here a few times and it's just an average hotel. It's definitely dated. Breakfast was great. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

We just did a fun 2 night stay to spend time with family friends. The location is nice with lots of food options and super close to the family fun center where the kids enjoyed an entire day of running around and playing games (arcade games, mini golf, bowling, go kart racing, bumper boats and lazer tag!). It was tons of fun!

We really enjoyed our stay! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable! The breakfast was also quite good! We will definitely be back again!

Nice place with clean rooms. The indoor pool was closed and the outdoor pool was too cold for swimming in October. Breakfast was typical-nothing amazing, just something to fill and empty stomach. Our room keys kept needing replaced which was a mild inconvenience but overall great stay.

The initial check-in and the room itself was very good. The clerk said that because I had two consecutive reservations over the four night stay that we would need to check back in at the front desk on the fourth day. At 7 AM, I stop by the desk on Saturday and the clerk said we were all set. However, on our return our room keys wouldn't work and we had to go back to the front desk again. I had put my credit card down for incidentals since I had paid the stay in-full previously. However the clerk made my roommate provide another card. Then the computer for hotel guests would not function. Ultimately, I had to come to the desk after my roommate was not helped by the female clerk. It was obviously a hotel issue not user issue. She said she had called or texted for help. When it was up an working, she never called our room to let us know it was working. Back to the desk again to see if it was online. Then, let my roommate know he could access what he needed to online. Suffice it to say, the desk person was not overly helpful unless we followed here around. Beyond that, the housekeeping staff and grounds person were excellent.

We did like the 2 different pool/hot tub locations. Room was clean, price was decent in comparison to similar suites. If we had any suggestions it would be a better breakfast and amenities like roll away or fold up cots ( for kids who don't like to share beds).

Check in was smooth and easy, and front desk was very willing to help in any way he could. Honestly, one of the kindest front desks during my trip. The property itself made it a bit difficult to carry heavy suitcases up to 2nd level without any lifts, and A/C was a bit dated. However, room itself is spacious and functional and would not mind to stay again if there's an occasion in the future.

The bed was ok. I have slept in more comfortable beds. They could pay more attention to cleanliness detail. The doors were dirty. My feet got dirty walking across the floors and getting into the shower.

A lovely "retro" motel, nicely refurbished. Excellent service. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

The front desk lady with red hair is pretty rude and standoffish. She had a personal conversation with a coworker while said coworker was helping me. Also was playing on her phone and eating at her desk while customers were there. Poor customer service skills. We had a maintenance issue and called the front desk for help and she said she didn’t want to call the maintenance man because he had just left. That’s his job though? The bathroom was gross, sheets had burn holes in them. The only real redeeming quality is that their breakfast was pretty good - they had bread and bagels and sausage and eggs among other things. They also “provide WiFi” but it’s not good at all and disconnects frequently. Is very slow when connected.

The auto-serve coffee needs improvement. It doesn’t operate smoothly or quickly. Second; the coffee itself was poor quality. Otherwise, my expectations were met. I anticipate remaining a future customer.

Our stay of 2 nights was excellent. Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy in and out with single story park-in- front of your room. Very good breakfast selections.

It is conveniently located and close to several restaurants and the freeway.

Very comfortable, very clean! Loved the location. We’ll be back.
