Absolutely loved my room and its quaint little patio. The room and bathroom were huge and well appointed. Perfect location minutes from the tube, in the heart of it all. Staff were friendly and accommodating. This is my new home in London.

Also overlooked. The room itself was lovely however.

This was a great hotel to stay at! Very clean and individual AC in the rooms. I would highly recommend staying here. The neighborhood is cute and this hotel is located next to the underground & several bus stops

Great room (superior double) with plenty of space. An iron and ironing board wouldve been a great addition. Bathroom was a little small, very difficult to use rhe sink as all the towels and gowns prevented me fully opening the door. Shower was warm, mini bar fridge was a bit small/packed so couldnt put your own things in unless you removed so.e of the stuff already in it. Bad staining on the carpet whoch besides the older windows was the only minor issue. Great location for nearby transport and food/pubs. Area seemed safe for london too

We had a great stay at the Rockwell! Lovely property, very clean and comfortable, excellent location right near Earl's Court Road restaurants and tube stop, and also a short walk to Kensington High Street. The back garden is a nice place to sit for a little fresh air.

Excellent hotel in a good location (very quiet at night which was a plus), only a 5 minute walk to Earl’s Court tube station with plenty of cafes and restaurants around! Not far from the V&A too! We booked the garden room which is located at the back of the hotel and pleasantly surprised by how spacious it was as well as having our own private patio area. Super service from friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book to stay here again next time we’re in London! :)

Room was good, small (as expected) but comfortable. I was surprised by how worn out and frayed the towels were. The staff were lovely. My room was right next to the elevator, so got a bit of noise/vibration from that but it wasn't terrible. Otherwise, the AC unit provides excellent background white noise.

Overnight but friendly and comfortable- lovely garden area at the back. My room was on the top floor and had huge skylights.

I loved this hotel. Great location, clean, friendly staff. For a single traveler, the room was a perfect size (might be small to others). You can't beat the location, 7 minute walk to Earl's Court station.

The check in was quick and easy, someone at the desk 24/7, location isnt too far from the hop on hop off route to get you sround, amazing restaurants in walking distance. The room was nice, very clean and they will keep your luggage for the day after check out if needed!

Tired room decor. No towels in room on arrival. Towels when supplied were little larger than hand towels. TV in room was the smallest ever encountered.

We were impressed with the comfort and the hosts were very accommodating and lovely. We had a couple of small issues with the room. The bathroom light switch was faulty and embedded further into the switch unit, making it troublesome to use. There was a little bit of damp on the walls and the shower basin was a bit damaged.
Aside from that our stay was very pleasant.

What a find! Great little place with everything I needed. Beautiful double room - clean and modern, handy little bar with champagne by the glass, friendly and helpful staff, fabulous location away from the bustle yet close to shops, tube etc, cute little courtyard garden for quiet downtime and such a great price. Will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in a deluxe room which was very big by London standards. The location is great and an easy tube ride from Heathrow. The room was quiet with plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower pressure and hot water was terrific. The breakfast had ample choices and excellent value. The dining room was very cozy with great service every morning. One night was too cold to go out so we had the dining room to ourselves for a lovely dinner. Any small housekeeping request such as extra soap. tea bags etc. was handled promptly. All staff were courteous. We felt at home and will be our choice for our next visit.

The Rockwell was located within easy walking distance to Earls Court tube station. The reception was beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful, both over the phone with queries or when checking in. The room was much bigger than I expected for London and was in great condition with a brilliant shower and beds. The price was fantastic also, considering for the same price the other options in the area looked terrible. And walking past some of them confirmed that The Rockwell looked like a much higher standard than the competition. Didn't get a chance to try the bar or restaurant but the menus looked really good. Will absolutely be staying here again.
