Very clean new hotel. Beds were comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were very updated and modernized. Breakfast had a great variety

We didnt get to stay because the system had a glitch and canceled our reservation. It was overbooked. Front desk lady was rude.

I recently stayed here for a night with family and would describe my experience as average. I personally did not like the neighborhood where it is located at, the property itself feels a bit dated.
The rooms were clean, but the overall décor and furnishings, including the beds and bathroom, are clearly showing their age.
The bathroom was functional but could use some modernization—the fixtures were old, and the shower pressure was just okay.
On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was satisfactory. If the hotel could invest in updating the rooms and amenities, it would significantly improve the guest experience.
Overall, not a bad place to stay if you're not too picky.

Check in was easy, the room was ok as the area around the bed was cramped and the shower was small. The lobby and breakfast areas were also very small and poorly designed as it was difficult to move around. Be aware that this hotel charges $10 per day for parking, which is ridiculous since the hotel is in an industrial area. We will try a different hotel next time.

The hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. The front desk night manager was really friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall our stay was good. The one part that really was weird is the front desk was calling our room a couple minutes before checkout time to see if we were out. They claimed they wanted to make sure we "avoided late checkout charges". I let them know we were almost out and would be about 10-15mins. Then the front desk continued to call the room for the next 10mins. I didn't answer the phone because we were gathering our things to leave. I thought it was very excessive! They were surely harassing us! I know they weren't calling all of the other rooms that had guests that were running a little late for checkout! I would understand if we were running really late, but it was only about 13mins. We thought that was ridiculous!

The first room we were issued had a broken a/c so they moved us to another room after we had already unpacked, which was a bit inconvenient. Apparently, the maintenance man was aware of the issue in advance but the front desk was not. The room was very spacious, which was great for our family of 5.

Our stay here exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be back if/when we visit Colorado Springs again! The room was huge and very clean and comfy! It was very beautiful and had a scenic Mountain View out the window as well! It was quiet and the beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well. We enjoyed the additional desk and living room space which also had a mini fridge area with an additional sink, counter and cupboard space. The staff was very friendly and our daughter made a new friend, Keisha at the breakfast area! She was so sweet! Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options! We loved this place!

We stayed here for a night and the price included free breakfast. Even though the timings for the same were until 10 am but all the food items were over by 8:45 am itself. There was no refilling of any items. Juice machine was broken and was only giving out warm water. There were no coffee mugs for coffee . There was no warm milk for packaged oats. There was not even any bread or bagel kept.

There is a $10 fee for parking, not a big deal but just annoying and seems like a money grab.
The walls are incredibly thin. We had a neighbor that quite literally talked loudly until 6am keeping most of my family awake. We called the front desk around 1am and they asked them to be quieter but nothing happened. I would warn against booking here because of how noisy it is. If you get a neighbor who is noisy, you can make out entire conversations. Not worth the price and we will not be coming back.

The property was clean. The female staff person who checked us in was very helpful and responsive. The male staff was not as helpful. There were no towels in the pool area. One the first day, my wife went to front desk and asked for towels, he stated he didn't know where they were. He went to back area after she questioned this and found towels.

The WiFi did not work entire stay, rooms were clean and spacious. Did not like how far restaurants and food options are about 15min away. Literally no options to get food unless you have a car you would have to Uber everywhere. I do think they should offer free airport shuttle for guest since it’s about a 7 min drive .

Hotel has been remodeled but they were still working on the pool. They sent us to the nearby property to use their pool but 2 hotels worth of people were using it so it was too crowded.

Was put in a room that had a smell. Blackout shade was broken so was not able to sleep late because sun couldn’t be blocked out. Told staff. They were already aware. So why put me in that room or put some other window treatment to help block out the daylight.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was very accommodating since my flight got canceled, and we arrived one day later. I was able to communicate with a staff member back and forth to give them updates about my arrival. They were very understanding. Breakfast was decent. The location was very convenient, close to the airport.

Unfortunately, I checked in behind a bigrade of military people. The hotel person at registration was super helpful. Was disappointed that we had to go to the other hotel for breakfast. Room was comfortable but the fridge wasn't getting very cold

I will not stay at this hotel again. I am a business traveler and travel often for business. I had my training materials shipped to this hotel as I usually do. They signed for my box and then lost it. I had to do a business meeting without any of my training materials. I do not trust this hotel they are not trustworthy at all.
