Had a wonderful time staying at the hotel for a quick family getaway. We were celebrating our son's birthday when we stayed in the hotel, and overall it was a good experience. The team prepared, what I assumed was the standard setup for children staying in the hotel, with balloons, a tent, and a sweet treat, which were all appreciated.
We stayed in a suite, so it was quite spacious, although I would say it's smaller than some other hotels we stayed in. Regardless, it was more than enough and the most underrated bit is how sound-proof everything was. Unlike our experience in another hotel, the noise from the street was not that disturbing and we got a sound sleep, which is always good.
Never liked the access to the hotel, because it got quite complicated, from parking, having to go into the mall, find an elevator, go up, go in, go into another elevator, arrive, and for some guests, having to change elevator to get to your room. But I definitely would say, the lounge was the main plus point. Being able to get something to eat at every hour of the day was an underrated benefit, and staying close to the lounge definitely made us enjoy that benefit even more.
I would like to point out, however, the pre-stay experience which was horrible. Tried to find a chat feature to ask about the rooms which I cannot find anywhere. So I DM'ed the hotel through social media, and I got transferred few times before finally able to get to the real contact person.

Its impossible to have better service than in this place. Very good breakfast and lunch buffet.
Pool area is beautiful.
And the view over city is great.

Everytime i stay in this hotel always a remarkable time and different moment and surprise…. My daughter love to stay in here and its feels like home. The staff is very kind, helpful, lovely and friendly…. One person that i knew is Ibu Dian one of the superior on the restaurant. She is very helpful… thank you.

Cannot say enough nice things about our stay here. The staff was absolutely incredible at every step from supporting booking bars and restaurants to accommodating our requests. We truly felt like friends by the end of our trip. They remembered details of where we’d been (Bali) and our flight times leaving which was just such a nice touch. The room was super spacious and the food was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed the pool and the massage at the spa was 10/10. We really, really loved our stay!

Outstanding stay at the Ritz-Carlton. Great central location for many restaurants and bars, shopping and other activities. The staff was outstanding and everything was instantly made perfect and ready to go!

So enjoyable staycation and they have an additional tent although its charge but its worth for your kids to be happy. The club lounge facilities all day eat so full and yummy. Ana the person in the lounge very helpful and friendly all the staff awesome.

코로나 시국이지만, 잠시 바람 쐴겸 호텔스테이 2박했습니다. 조식도, 룸컨디션도,라운지 서비스도 좋았습니다. (코로나때문에 레스토랑이 활성화가 안되서 주문해 먹는 시스템이 대부분이었는데 맛은 좋았습니다) 딱 하나 실망했던건 수영장 컨디션. 하수구 냄새가 너무 나서 참다 참다 나와버렸어요ㅜㅜ 물에서 나는 냄새는 아닌거 같고 어디선가 풍겨오는 오수 냄새였는데 비위가 상해 힘들더라구요

Good location - near the MTR & in the middle of the SCBD. All the staff were extremely friendly and caring...When I went for breakfast, the staff knew me by my name which was pretty surprising (since there are 60+ other guests in the hotel) so I felt very welcomed. A little more diversity on the lounge buffet would have been a plus but it's not bad as it is.

The room was wonderful and the check in process was very smooth and efficient. We were celebrating one of our birthdays and they decorated the room with balloons and we also got a birthday cake and some chocolate. The staff at Ritz were amazing in carrying out their work and including personal touches to it. Our concierge, Naomi was professional and accommodating during our interactions with her online and in person. She even left us a note and a parting gift on our last night there. The housekeepers were also lovely and did their job really well. Two of them, Tantan and Putra, also a left note to welcome us on our first day there. On the last night, Wayan prepared a bath with a vase of roses to help us relax. Overall, the service and people at Ritz were wonderful and really made a good lasting impression on us. Looking forward to staying with you in the future.

Super service in downtown Jakarta. The chef in the Club lounge, Fetty, was extremely cheerful and helpful. She was most willing to try and cook whatever clients request - amazing service. All rooms are Club rooms in this hotel and you can see the smiling faces of the staff the whole day! Rooms are spacious and well-stocked with all you can expect. Located within the Pacific Place mall building, that means you’re just a few minutes from shops and more restaurants, without having to worry about Jakarta’s notorious traffic. Definitely a good choice for Jakarta!

The junior suite given to us was embarrassingly and sadly in deteriorating conditions; smelling stinky wood and with burnt light bulb. It was my fifth stay with the hotel and I have seen it in a spiral movement of degeneration of facilities. Attention to details to the cleanliness and relentless upkeep/maintenance of the hotel room and especially hallways are of utmost importance to the supposedly excellent 6 star hotel. The front manager however took action right away and did his best to improve clean at least the hallway first. The hotel staff were only as good as their weakest link. Obviously the facility maintenance manager has been sleeping and/or has only a 3 star level of hotels upkeep. Being attached to a shopping mall is definitely a plus. Food variety and quality at the club lounge is remarkable. Staff were overall very friendly although one on the ground floor was amazingly clueless and racially discriminating.

The staff at the hotel were very obliging and made my stay very comfortable. The location was perfect for my work needs. The room was large and inviting as was the bathroom. My room was super clean and I loved the little extras [ie: chocolates and book marks with the hotel logo]. The room service was very accommodating - even when I asked for items which were off the menu and breakfast was a veritable feast at the buffet each morning.
I had a few treatments at the spa during my stay and they were wonderful!
I would definitely stay here again!
