I could smell the food in my room from breakfast cooking the smell wasn’t pleasant the bed was ok not the most comfortable . Construction is happening behind the hotel making it hard to rest

I love staying at this hotel when I come for a getaway or business. I had some issues with the room, it wasn’t anything that would make me no longer book- because I will be back!!! 😁 Just some minor issues- The mirror in the room wasn’t cleaned properly- some spots, some towels could not be used(some issues with hair on the towel). Tub needs to be redone-started to peel and the tiles as well.

When we arrived, no one was at the front desk, but lots of people were seated uncomfortably and tensely in the lobby. A woman walked up and said the computers were down and she didn't know when we will be back up but I could sit down with everyone else. I have two small children so we stayed in the car and then took them to grab food returning an hour later. I walked in and no one as the front desk, the lady was sitting in the lobby playing a game on her ipad. I could see her, she could see me. There was an uncomfortable moment and then she got up and checked me in. There was water all over the floor, which another person staying there told us not to fall. It just wasn't good at all. So disappointed.

Our stay was quite enjoyable. They offered a great breakfast everyday, nice pool area, comfortable beds, and awesome shower pressure. We would definitely stay there again!

Quick overnight stay that was very pleasant. Room was extremely nice (appeared new), comfortable and very clean. My one and only complaint is that there was trash still in one of the trash cans when we checked into our room.

I was charged a smoke free environment fee b/c a house keeper said they found Marijuana in my room. When i called, they gave 2 stories: (1) evidence of Marijuana & (2) said someone was smoking. I am insulted & will try to get my money back. I took a tour of the room- no evidence of smoke, but my money was missing.

The room was not what I expected it was extremely small the first one that we were assigned to had bugs so they put us in another room that room the refrigerator wasn't working and the tub was dirty it had stains on the couch and the air conditioning unit was very loud I did not enjoy this stay at this hotel at all.

This was one of our best hotel experiences, Lakeisha went above and beyond to help us with a TV malfunction and made us feel extremely taken care of. The breakfast was exceptional, the pool was clean, overall great experience and we will definitely be back!
