Had a great time at this resort! Staff was amazing, helpful and friendly (especially Oh and O). I came to relax and that's what I did. After the first room I was in had a maintenance issue, I was quickly moved to a new, wonderful room. The hotel pool was newly renovated and the view was gorgeous! The beach was nice too. If I didn't want to eat at the resort, I went to the village at the base of the hill and ate there at the restaurants. If feel like you want to explore more of the island, you can book tours from here. I would certainly return to the Panviman!

This is a really beautiful hotel. Sublime location with a lovely restaurant on the pretty sandy beach, a second restaurant for breakfast with wonderful views and lovely landscaping. Our spacious room had a very large balcony with sea view. Staff were all wonderful and the food delicious with frequent beach entertainment at dinner. The hotel is a short walk to the cute little village with plenty of shops & restaurants. A fabulous hotel !!!!

The speed of the shuttle that takes you everywhere (big hotel) is very good, you call and they are there in a few minutes. Highly recommended hotel. The area is very relaxes and not much to do, we went there for 2 nights so it was more than enough.

Beautiful resort, peacful location, warm hearted staff that treated us with respect and kindness during our stay and when we were leaving. The rooms with the view to the sea are big, and comfy, a realy relaxing days we had. The resort is far from the HadReen but we didnt care. And if we needed something we just stoped at 7/11 near the enterence of the resort, and there is a small and sweet village near by

The beaches were good, the service was solid, and the views from nearly everywhere were spectacular, it was a truly gourgeous place; but the cost of food at the restaurant by the beach (Sand Bar) was considerably higher than expected.

Excellent location! The ferry pick up service from Samui was fantastic. The hotel itself needs updating. Our room, a pool room, was located in a good spot near reception. The pool needed a good scrub, there were dirty marks around the entire pool and spa. There was a pool man who came every other day but only to scoop out leaves. The lock on our door of our room was quite difficult to work and the seals around the door were all torn so didn’t keep out mosquitos. We did have a mosquito net, a plug in and citronella spray but the bugs could still get in. We were also only given one key and when we asked to get another so my partner and I could leave the room to do different things if we wanted, we were told there was only one key? This was frustrating as we couldn’t go anywhere alone or if we wanted to, we would have to leave the door unlocked. We stayed for 8 nights and asked if another key could be cut, but to no avail. Although the staff were lovely and tried to help, they need to be able to speak basic English to work at a resort. The gym is great but really needs air conditioning. The restaurants make great cocktails, but the food is only average. There is a great little street near by with an excellent selection of food. The resort looks a lot better in the photos than in real life.

We absolutely loved our stay at Panviman Resort. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were impeccable, the food was great. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful grounds, exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms. My only complaint is that my sister and I were both too hot at night to sleep and the AC wouldn’t go down very low but I would stay again!

The local village had a great selection of bars , shops and restaurants. Having visited Koh Samui as well we felt Koh Pha-ngan ahad the edge with its ‘desert’island ‘ vibe

One of the most beautiful hotel weve been to. The staff was very nice and the beach was BEAUTIFUL. Very good location/wifi connection/food quality and price.

We booked this hotel for a family holiday. On our arrival we reported at the security desk and shortly after we were collected by a tuk tuk and driven up to reception, which was perched at the top of a hill. Following our check in we were taken by tuk tuk to our rooms. On entering the rooms it was jaw dropping. The rooms had floor to ceiling glass walls offering panoramic views of the bay. We woke up every morning to a sunrise across which was visible from lying on the bed- a million dollar view, even when sat on the toilet. The cottages are perched on a rock face looking onto the sea/bay. The hotel complex has a good size infinity pool and smaller pools for children. There is access to a small beach with free watersports. Every morning breakfast is served in the viewpoint resturant which offers panoramic views of the bay and sea, the food was great with lots of variety. The staff were attentive and special thanks go to Minkess the guest relations manager. A fantastic location to enjoy and relax at. There are beaches nearby with powder white sands and great for snorkelling and watersports. Well recommended location! We will definately be visiting this hotel again. The hotel also arranged all outbound transfers and including taxi and ferry. The only real negative was the steep hills to ascend and desend, which made for great workouk outs. Not ideal for people with mobility problems but the hotel do have transport and measures to facilitate access.Check with hotel first

A fabulous position, stayed here several times in the past,I should have known better than to come in peak season. It is still claiming to be 5 star more like three. If you want to eat here I suggest you stick to breakfast the other food experience is mediocre to say the least. Try Luna down the road.

There are good hotel cheaper as Buri Rasa, which has a better location. And expenseve hotel much better, as Anantara

Everything about Panviman is amazing from the rooms to the view to the amenities. The staff is courteous and bring the warmth of Thai people to make the stay even more comfortable. They upgraded our room as well as our friends' when they found out it was our honeymoon!
