We arrived at about 9PM because of a funeral in the area. I had reserved (2) rooms for my wife and I, and another for our daughter and and our niece. Initially they were told their room hadn't been paid for, but that was cleared up really quickly. When they got to their room there was standing water in the tub when they arrived, and it never did drain even though the plug was open so it could drain.. My wife and I had to switch rooms as there was something in the ceiling that was emmitting a very high pitched buzzing and was really annoying. There was also pubic hair on the floor of the bathroom and hair in the bed. When we went to the 2nd room, there was hair in the sink, and hair on the sheets. The "hot" breakfast was simply an egg and cheese omlette, and a pancake maker. The omlette has hard and difficult to cut. It had no flavor, either. All in all I will not stay here, again.

All of the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was cheese omlets amd pancakes. Definitely staying again. Plus great location and felt safe.

when we checked in there was a hair in the bathtub and sock under the bed, clearly had not been cleaned properly. There was someone next door who stayed up all night and had we not been so tired from vending we would have found another place.

Upon arrival the hotel seemed clean and mostly maintained. We checked in, showered and left for dinner without issue. When we came back to go to bed we pulled back the covers and found the sheets had not been changed from the prior guest. There was hair (lots of it) and it was clear from other "spots" these weren't clean. I called the lady at the front desk who was very apologetic and offered to move us. We were moved to a single bed room with a pull out sofa which was a bit frustrating considering we paid for and reserved a room with two BEDS but at this point it was late and not worth the fight. Sadly the frustration only got worse when this bed also has dirty sheets, again with hair throughout the bed. I rang the front desk again to let them know and my teenage daughter and I ended up sharing the pull out sofa with the *cleaner* looking sheets. As a former hotel maid, I am appalled.

Basic MicroTel room. Light over desk was so dim it was unusable. ONLY light in room bright enuf to read a book was the one over the bed.
Meeting room had group meeting Sunday morning. The volume of the noise they played was so loud that it. Could be heard anywhere on the 1st floor. I left 2 hours after they started and my ears were hurting. I tried to live stream my church service and could not hear it over the noise.

Hotel was clean, bedding clean. Weird smell getting off elevator on 2nd floor-sprayed some air freshener.
Took longer than I think it should have for room to cool down.
Overall-great stay though. Will return again when playing at Don Owen fields.
