We were in apartment 25, it wasexcellent views and location was great. The bed was comfortable and sheets clean. The kitchen was clean on the surface, but i wouldn't use the utensils - they need a wash and replacing. The outdoor setting on the balcony was broken and chair dangerously wobbly, the balcony hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Therewas only a Tv, no stereo, no dvd player etc. Bathroom not really clean. No laundry detergent, tea towel and we were refused more than 1 toilet roll. Bathtoom railings were not fixed to the wall either. Wifi was slow also. Aircon unit above the bed was VERY dirty and rattled, curtain off the track and a bit useless also. Dirty nappy located in one of the drawers :( We arrived late at night and the next morning the manager let himself in our apartment whilst we were sleeping asking us to pay him. Upon checkout, strictly at 10am, there was noone to check us out nor instructions on what to do with keys. I would not pay more than $100 a night.

Rooms were very average some major appliances didnt work and it took a lot of complaining to get them fixed Wifi in our room was non existent and was told " thereis nothing that can be done about it"

Location and the parking was excellent. Facilities and decor was older but in excellent repair.

When I checked in I found a few problems with the room caused by previous guests & slack housekeeping but when I alerted management all was sorted & a functioning replacement tv was provided. Great location!

I have always wanted to stay here, it was fabulous, very private and relaxing

Overall I am not very happy .Toilet was leaking and Carpet was little bit smelly .Althogh location was good ,staff was friendly .but I m not very pleased

Old building but had everthing you need .

The reception guy was friendly and he gave me a sim card to use and activated it for me he changed the table in the room as it was an old one. I had meetings at the star so it was close enough to take one stop tram or to walk a little bit to there.

Apartments in a quiet position and close to all attractions on the Gold Coast. We had breakfast each morning in Surf Parade at a coffee shop "Metro" great service and food. Highly recommend this one.

Cool air from the windows permitted me not to need air-conditioning. Closed curtains gave both privacy and kept the hot sun from heating up the bedroom during the day. Woolworth's grocery within 10 minutes drive. Sage Cafe gives you 40% off dinner from 5pm to 6pm! Worth it because eating out in Australia is expensive! Easy access to shops if you rent a car.

Good position but unit is in need of maitenence, wardrobe door off its track, curtain hanging down off track. Very noisy with loud motorbikes at all hours day and night. Overall unit needs an upgrade as it is quite shabby

Very tired looking needed a good spruce up. Couldnt use oven due to filth, hand basin marked and grubby, only one poorly fitting plug for both bath and basin. Could only have one appliance on at time as power overload went. Was there 8 days and had to make do with one set of towels the whole time, did have a good laundry thank goodness. To be charged a dollar for a new roll of loo paper after we had used the quarter roll that was there when we arrived was the pits.

While the apartment is spacious, cleanliness can be improved. There are numerous stains on the carpet and the bathroom need an urgent upgrading and fixing. This place is overrated.

We had a fun girls night away, didn't get bothered which was good & i absolutely loved the lounge suite!!!
