We had a room on the ground level and it was a bit dark. TV bed and bathroom were ok

The hotel was comfortable and clean with very easy access to the champagne houses. Staff were very helpful. Value for money stay. The bistros and restaurants were all full and were quite rude when we asked if they had space for two, so make sure you book if you want to eat in Epernay.

Such a friendly reception and full of great advice. It would have been nice to have bananas on the breakfast buffet but the choice overall was very sufficient.

Great hotel, a few steps from the Avenue de Champagne. The owner was incredibly helpful with tips and local advice and it made the perfect location for a visit to Epernay

Convenient hotel if you want to visit the champange houses, parking just outside, friendly staff and good breakfast. Overall nothing extraordinary, but a pleasant stay.

The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us so much and gave us great recommendations. It was a bit cramped for the 6 people in two rooms but it was doable for our time in Epernay. The hotel is close to walk to the different tasting rooms but is not very kid friendly. No playgrounds in the area.

Positioned 150 metres from the Avenue de Champagne, this is a perfect place to stay in Épernay. A great friendly welcome, free convenient parking and clean smallish but very comfortable rooms. Great value as well.

One up from camping. Bed hard as rock. Pillows flat as a pancake. No sleep. Bad back. No facilities, no bar, no snacks, no food bathroom very good, clean, large shower. Wont stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Free car park wS a bonus. The Hotel room was quite basic, no possibility to ventilate safely at night as opening was a door on ground floor. The downstairs rooms looked quite tired.

This is the best place to stay for champagne tasting. Short walk to 2 big champagne houses and then turn the other way and walk all the way down Avenue des Champagne with many tasting and beautiful buildings.

This is a bare bones accommodation but the location is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a more desirable destination in the amazing town of Epernay.

I didnt see a lift and there is no air conditioning in rooms which is a pity by hot weather.

Great service by the new owners. Very helpful and full of great ideas to improve our stay. Location worked very well for us. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable but needing a modest refurbishment which the new owners are starting soon.

Lovely welcome by the new owner whos only been there for 6 weeks . The out side look lovely with free parking whixh was a bonus . We went to our rooms and they were basic to say the least . The place needs a re furb no window in the room , a doir onto the carpark but didnt feel safe to leave it open overnight . Bedrooms need a window that can be ooened as was far too hot . If the owners want to make a go of this they definitely need to give the rooms a re

The whole hotel including the room reeked on cigarette smoke. We had to open the window to the room to get some fresh air only to find a bucket of discarded cigarette butts outside the room

Clean and simple ,small room but big enough for 2 people for 1 night ,pleasant staff, breakfast enough to travel on. Free parking and very easy access to the Avenue of Champagne makes it a good reasonably priced choice
