Its a good place to stay if you want to go for the pools . They gave us an upgrade so was very reasonable

Nice room. Comfortable for 3 people. Neighbors a little noisy. We were there for 3 nights. Track down to hot pools is very steep which makes it hard for people that suffer from mobility issues and or chronic pain like my wife. We were only able to use the pools once because of the mobility issues.

Loved the private mineral pools nice to soak in. Room was clean and comfortable, Hilton hotel next door had a nice restaurant and bar which was convenient without us having to pay Hilton rates for a room.

Read that reception closed 8.30. Arrived 8.22 and it was closed. Needed info on pool as didnt know closing times. Room servicing looked very rushed and haphazard with rubbish left on floor 😑

When we arrived to our cabin it was nice in warm inside ( they had put the heat pump on). The cabin was very clean and excellent layout. Had everything we needed. The bathrooms and kitchen space were amaxing! Very clean! The best holiday park i have stayed in.

After a not so great start the Manager made a real effort to put it right which i acknowlesge and appreciated. Overall the Villa has not been maintained to a high standard especially cleanliness (e.g. cobwebs visable everywhere and some fixtures dated and worn) .. some staff were great, frindly and helpful, but others seemed uninterested in their job.
The old saying of first impressions rings true here - we were so looking forward to this but unfortunatly overall can only givr an average rating.

Facilities lacking. eg iron provided but no ironing board. No power point in the bathroom for hair dryer and shaver. Small cups and mugs. Wine glasses were odd sized. Cord to water boiling jug too short meaning base was suspended above bench top, this was dangerous. The unit we were in hadn't been renovated, still single glazing which meant heavy condensation on windows in the morning.

These bungalows were fantastic. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were very comfortable.

It was a lovely spacious room despite being a cabin style accommodation.
We loved that it was quiet, that most things in the cabin were well maintained and that they switched the heatpump on prior to our arrival which made it warm and toasty.
We didn't like that the blinds were dirty, these needs a good clean.

Beautiful grounds, cool bounce pad. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only downside was the heating was off and no remote for heat pump woke up at 3am very cold

Receptionist didnt seem very friendly on arrival. Room had a few power points not working. Bunk beds were hard as rock. Room had a funky weird smell, pull out sofa bed matress had stains. Not worth money.

Comfortable, spacious room with comfy bed and good amenities. The kitchen area has an under-bench fridge, cooktop and microwave and the bathroom has a great walk-in shower. Outside the room had a green space that felt private.
Sadly no recycling bins or eco (LED) lightbulbs.

Little house and surrounding foliage really nice. Convenient having shower/kitchen in room, view of lake with porch a nice addition. Espresso on-site a plus. The pools were pretty worn out compared to the pictures on the website and half the spot was in construction, so the overall spa experience was underwhelming, though the setting was nice.

Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly with half eaten lunch that we could only assume was left by the cleaner sitting on our couch, there was also a used towel and bandaid in our shower. The staff were helpful enough to upgrade us for the troubles however still a bit disappointing.
