Hilltop Villas at Bluebeard's Castle by Capital Vacations was prefect, all you need for two week vacation.

Nice place . The room are updated and new . Comfortable . Yet the pool and the gym quite outdated . The view is just amazing

property is beautiful. the view from the villas are unbelievable but it is on a very steep hill kinda scary to get to at night very narrow roads but overall nice property. front desk staff are super friendly and accommodating as well as the morning breakfast cafe staff by the pool. property is closed to beautiful beaches and downtown. also free parking was a plus.

This place was really 👌 clean, the staff was pleasant and friendly. The drinks at the bar was reasonable and the food was excellent, especially the breakfast. The best grits I have ever had other than mines 😋 Tip: The best thing to do over there is rent a car so you can get around.

The studio was very nice, the view was amazing, only having 2 wash/ towels at a time was ridiculous. Staff was not friendly at all! But i would stay again because of the view.

This was a nice property for the price.

I loved the room. It looked very new. It was clean and spacious. It was stocked with the necessary essentials needed. When the power went out, the generator kicked in immediately. The staff was ok too. Everyone was nice for the most part. I think the restaurant could've had better options. Lastly, the pool needs to be cleaned of the debris from the trees and bugs.

Customer service was excellent. Had read some unkind reviews, so I gave ample opportunity for judgment. EVERY STAFF PERSON gave us the best service the entire time.

Overall perfect

Clean and safe, the property is beautiful and well maintained, the staffs are very polite and friendly. They drive you to your room upon request, which is amazing when u have luggages and groceries. The taxi drivers they call for you are not reliable that was my only dislike. Overall , great experience.

When booking I was aware it was a timeshare. But! Charging an extra fee to clean the room, if you need to change towels or linens you leave it in a bag hanging on your door. While it states walking distance to some places that is not true. bluebeards it's situated up on a high steep area walking be prepared to sweet and have sneakers not was I was expecting. We work out like crazy and the walk up and down is crazy. If you feel comfortable renting a car do it the amount of money you will waste on taxis is insane. Like I noted prior walking from Bluebeards is not an option so every time you want lunch dinner what ever you are paying the insane taxi fees. They charge per person I spent more on taxis leaving hotel back and forth than anything else on our trip. The restaurant they have on property nothing but greasy food. Be aware of the additional charges they do not tell you until you get the bill. Gratuity is automatically charged, even when you take the food to go and no one does anything. Beware the food to go they charge a fee per item and then if you pay with a card they charge you a fee. You cannot charge to room because it is separate. The rooms the walls are thin as paper every night the kids and people yelling screaming running and at one point plowing themselves in to the door (this door is for people joining rooms) then the roasters like clock work forget about sleeping in they go on for hours. The only thing you get from this place is the view

Property is a timeshare which was not listed on expedia. There are no housekeeping services. Only one restaurant on site. Limited parking. The staff are very polite and the room was beautiful.

Decay seems to be the state of many hotels in Virgin Islands. Flexibility of getting the room ready sooner than 4pm not available. Not able to call international Numbers to let us know when room is ready. Very little equipment in room to make own meals. But the view is breathtaking. And size of room very good

Loved our stay! The gift shop on the property was a lifesaver for forgotten necessities. Beautiful views and clean facilities.
