I always stay at this hotel when I have a Dr's appointment. It is super convenient and very clean. Also the price for rooms is economic.

I was disappointed in the quality of the room. There was a bad smell, the carpet was stained, and the linens did not smell good. Smelled like they were soured in the laundry, dried and put on the bed anyway. The staff was not rude but they were not friendly either. Breakfast was so-so, coffee was good.

Got charged an extra $50 for early check in only to find the fitted sheets on one of the beds had what looked like multiple bodily fluid stains(seimen). When we requested new sheets and blankets we were brought two non fitted sheets and two little brown blankets. There was no follow up from management the next day.

Hotel was a good value for the price point. Basic accomodations, a little wear and tear, stains on floor, etc. But would def stay again as it was the cheapest choice in the area. We stayed two nights, check in went smooth, safe area, we did not have any issues.

The staff was friendly and quick to help. The breakfast was okay, the two things I would have liked to see is Orange Juice instead of Sunny D and have some variety from day to day, We stayed for 4 days and it was exactly the same every day. They don't have mattress covers on the beds and when a sheet fell off the corner a big brown stain was exposed, not my favorite thing to think about right below the sheet I'm sleeping on.

Upon arrival I had to pay a cash deposit and nowhere did it mention a cash deposit. I noticed that i were the only one paying a deposit, why was that is it because I were of color. The staff never greeted us. They were taking a different language and giggling the whole time. Ask for handicapped rooms accommodations but did not received.

It was good for just needing a place for a bed for a few hours without having to pay a lot for one night. But it wasn’t the best, I wouldn’t stay there for multiple nights. The soap they have to wash was crappy, the wash cloths weren’t that soft nor the towels to dry. The sheets were eh and the breakfast was eh but it was nice it was eh, I didn’t eat much of it though. The eggs were not that good and I had a small hair in mine so I just threw my plate away. Like I said this place is good if you just need a place to stay to have a bed for the night. It was comfort enough. Wouldn’t stay there though if I was in vacation.

Everyone was so friendly. I loved the breakfast as well! If i could give a small help, please rotate the beds around, since there are very visible divits on the inside isle where every sits and the beds are noticeable flatter there. Or better yet new beds. And PLEASE clean the carpet in room 321. There are 10? Fist sized stains on the carpet of varying color in the entry way. 😳

The mattresses were completely wore out, and the walls are super thin Would not recommend staying here

Bigger kids were unruly and not supervised and broke the light in the pool and they had to close the pool.

It was okay, the sheets were dirty and so were the towels but everything else was cool

Hot tub was broke carpet had stains no coffee pot in room the breakfast was awful the tv was no good only had very few channels on one very small bar of soap in the bathroom overall would never stay again Hoyle was very cheap and low class

Overall happy with stay. May be better breakfast options for vegetarians

Property parking was pathetic with unsafe for families. There was truck person who just threw all the beer right when we were parking. It smelled terrible and that too with kids around I cannot recommend this property.

This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Upon your arrival, you will see dead trees and weeds. The welcome mat was torn and filthy. The lobby was very depressing and dirty. Checking in was awful as you can’t understand the person at the front desk. The room we stayed in was absolutely disgusting. Furniture had been removed as well as the coffee maker. The carpet was stained and filthy. The furniture was dirty and the lamp shades broken. The refrigerator stunk so bad we couldn’t use it. The breakfast was a joke. It was cold and very minimal. Don’t waste your time on it. The doors in the back of the property do not lock so anyone can enter without a card. The trash cans outside are overflowing and disgusting. The pool doors leading outside were propped open for 2 nights. Very strange. The entire hotel stinks and people gather in the parking lot in camping chairs. The floor we stayed on had food spilled on the carpet right outside the elevator for over 2 days and may still be there. The pool looked cloudy and disgusting. The owners should be ashamed and embarrassed.

We enjoyed living in the hotel. We felt the breakfast menu should not be limited to that currently serving.

The only critique i have is to either clean the carpet or get new carpet other than that my room was nice,my bed slept amazing,breakfast had so many options and not just a bagel.breakfast was amazing.overall stay was really good..I would book again.

Wingate By Wyndham in Frisco, TX was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient and walkable to restaurants.

Hotel is definitely showing its age. Breakfast was meh.

Hotel was horrible broken faucets, wall paper stapled up , bed bug bites on me and just horrible they need to remodel and clean up
