Great place to stay. Joe was fantastic and helped me greatly on my trip.

Room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Hotel staff friendly and accommodating. Only issue was detectable smell, which may have been cigar from prior guest. Only stayed one night so didn’t push for room change, but made the hotel aware upon check out.

Even in the middle of chaotic renovation, the atmosphere is still professional and the staff was efficient and friendly. Suite was spacious and clean. The location is also very convenient as it is located by a major road and many shopping and dining options.

Said it was newly renovated. It was still being renovated. The AC is regulated at night and only allows the room to get to 72°, not good in major heatwaves.

Completely under construction! No real front desk, hazardous even to walk into the front door. The dust and smell from the construction was so bad I couldn’t breathe. No warning of construction when booking. It aggravated my breathing so bad I couldn’t stay the night and had to find a different hotel room else where.

The hotel room was clean. No continental breakfast which I take for granted. They did have food available for purchase. Both rooms had kitchenettes which was nice.

We have been trying to find a hotel that is reasonably priced as well as having the other important commodities when traveling. This hotel takes the cake for everything: cleanliness, friendly staff, quiet space, convenience to everything needed in regards to dining, shopping, etc and the in-room items provided. We had a nice sized fridge/freezer combo, kitchen sink, microwave, coffee maker and a garbage disposal. They provided Dive shampoo, conditioner and body wash in nice sized refillable squirt bottles located on the shower wall, which was a nice bonus. The mattress, sheets and pillows were comfortable for the two of us. We will definitely be sticking to this place for our short term getaways!

I booked Candlewood Suites for my parents for an overnight stay after my dad had his cataract surgery. They live 90 minutes away from the physician's office so a stay was needed for his follow up appointment early the next morning. When making the reservation, I called the hotel and spoke with Greg to see if it was possible to get an early check-in for them due to the circumstances. Greg was very helpful and was able to accommodate this request. He asked for my parents name too make a note of it and he greeted them when they arrived for check-in. I greatly appreciate the customer service that was provided for my parents when they needed it. My parents enjoyed their stay there and said they would definitely stay there again.

The staff was wonderful and attentive, courteous and friendly.
The property is well maintained.
The only suggestion I would make is to get rid of the carpeting in the rooms. Being allergic to dust, no matter how well you clean carpets, they always bring out the itchiness. Carpet aside, it was all good.

The cleaniness was absolutely EXCELLENT. Only complaint was that the night staff was a little rude when asking for extra sheets for the hide away bed. Other than that everything was super. We missed the hot tub, but the manager was very kind in explaining it to us.
