The room was larger than expected, the staff friendly, the room clean. We were promised air conditioning and instead were given fans, loud fans. In addition to that there was a train track right next to the building. When trains would pass it would get pretty loud. Except for those two things we’re satisfied with the stay, it was a good considering what was paid.

The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean.
When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking.
The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding.

The AC in our room was broken. We were shifted rooms for the second night to with with AC, but the despite this accommodation the place was very tight quarters for 3 and didn't feel very clean.

Kind of odd. We have arrived at 10 pm, but we have entered the room at 12 am, because the door lock had a problem and we have waited the technician to come and open the door.
No AC, I think this was a huge problem. Not that clean, the bathroom had no windows or a fan.
The sofa had some weird noise when moving and the pillows where not sleeping pillows, just for design.

Uncomfortable bed, dirty towels, broken window, holes on the curtains, broken hair dryer, thats just few disappointing things. We stayed for 8 days, and there was no cleaning at all, even no toilet paper, we had to buy some.

Location, very close and walking distance to public transportation and center of town. Overall property was ok , nothing spectacular, it does the job for a budget hotel.

Appart'City type hotels have already been my first choice as you have everything inside your room refrigerator, oven, and induction, cutlery, etc to cook and to keep your stuff. It's like a homestay. Also, the prices are low. Go for it. You may need to ask to turn on the main AC switch beforehand at reception before entering to the room.

Very poor bathroom cleanliness . Fowl smell from the bathroom. Depaite repeated attempts to inform the reception no steps were taken to clean it or change our room. I was very displeased by behaviour shown by the receptionist in the lounge. I am going to speak to the general manager soon listing all the complaints .

transport to nice centre was good with the tram service,it was difficult to get directions ,the people i asked in the aera i was looking did not seem to know there own aera and were not helpfull.i asked a lady working in reception about a bus to grasse she told i could get the bus behind the appartment ,i went and the bus driver lady explained i would have to gow to nice town centre i was so disapointed i just gave up,i would never gow back to nice again. the french people make no effort to speak english,i think because we speak english they think we are english,but are are irish and suffered persecuation under the english conquest for 800 years.if we treated our tourist in ireland with contempt the tourism buisness would be gone,i have worked in ireland for many years in the tourism industry and we treated every one equal with a hundred thousand welcomes,

25 minute walk to town centre but tram and buses also available and frequent. Lots of interesting places in the city. Pebbly beach but my family enjoyed swimming.

Staff were very good and helpful. However, room was dirty as was the bathroom (weird smell in the kitchen). Pictures on the website do not match at all with the accommodation in any way. Air con worked, however was not adjustable. Rooms not cleaned daily or tidied but location was good for easily getting into the town (tram stop very close). Wouldnt recommend it.

The hotel is good for a 2-3 night stay, it has the basic amenities but nothing outstanding to make sure your stay is comfortable. The kitchenette had the facilities for more like one person rather than two e.g. one plate, one cup, etc

The hotel was not at all how it was described online and how the pcitures showed . The room that was given to us was not the one that was described . The whole experience was awful the staff was rude and terrible. We were in our room for 20 mins and had to leave because the room was horrible . The room had mold, there was a water heater in the closet , which I found very very wired . The restroom shower floor was connected to the whole restroom floor . It was just a really bad hotel and would not recommend this hotel to anyone !

We arrived late and were very disappointed. The hotel is very difficult to get to by car. The rooms are old and ours smelled of smoke. The Windows had no safety catches although we had booked a room for children and the smoke alarm battery was running out. We moved to another room where we suspected the sofa bed linen had not been changed. The one saving grace was the helpful night manager who did his best to help. The morning staff were also friendly and helpful.

We arrived at this bareboned hotel tired and hot. The room they gave us was unclean; the floor was sticky, the dishes were not done and the bathroom reeked of sewer. If one can get over the complete lack of service, facilities, design and homeliness this is still a horrible choice. We were a group of four and had to change rooms because of the state of the first one. The second was a bit cleaner but the bathroom reeked. I don't usually expect much when I pay a small amount but free wifi And a clean room is not to much to ask. The lack of pillow covers was also disappointing. I would never recommend this to anyone and I pity those whom have reserved an uncancelable room at this dirty place located in a dead and uncomfortable neighbourhood.

Bathroom was quite dirty: hair, stains on the floor. Bathroom floor was very used, with a large, dark mark. Something definitely needs to be done about it. No soap was provided (because the hotel had a shortage), and the shower head was broken.
Bed was not comfy. The door of the fridge was broken so that one could see the inside of the door when it's open.
Need to pay an extra for wifi in the room in case that you cannot connect to the lobby wifi signal.
Staff seems to be overwhelmed, probably because of under-staffing. Particularly for breakfast time, where everything seems unorganized.
Lobby, stairs and commons are not quite clean neither.

stayed for one night, the room is basic and has some smoke smell. close to tram to get to the old town.

Bathroom lights did not work and the toilet seat was loose. No batteries in the remote control. Overall an ok place for a night or two. Location street car stop was just around the corner (Vauban station), which takes you quickly to the center of town or the beach.

After a long day of travel we arrived at the residence and were honesty disappointed with the room. Check in was fine and the front end staff was helpful. There seemed to be a lack of security however as one could walk in from the front straight to the ground floor rooms.When we walked into our room there were bugs crawling around in the kitchen even though the kitchen appeared clean. The carpets were stained throughout the flat and the couch had various stains and burn marks on it.We were not concerned about the neighbourhood and appreciated the proximity to the tram line.The parking underground however was also flooded in the area we were supposed to park in.

The accommodation is slightly away from the centre of Nice. The closer you get to the Hotel, the more you begin to feel as though you are in the city outskirts (perhaps not the most idyllic areas of Nice). The tram makes the appart city easily accessible and saves you a 20+ minute walk into the centre.The room was fairly clean however there were some stains on the carpet/walls.The rooms are basic but adequate. The receptionist who welcomed me and my partner gave us very little information. I did however, overhear the other receptionists being more helpful to other customers. Overall, I would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comparatively cheap deal in Nice. We paid half what we would have anywhere else by booking appart city- even the hostels in Nice are pricey!You get a very basic kitchenette which is useful too!
