Nice location as the park isv. Our room was above the outdoor section of the restaurant and it was noisy until 11 pm.

This hotel deserves 5 stars in every category: location, staff, food, comfort, room, attention to detail, tranquility. It is just the very best, and I cannot believe I got away with paying so little for so much! The hotel is in a beautiful woodsy location, lovely to look at, and the inside is decorated and designed impeccably, with great attention to every detail. The vases of flowers and chandeliers are beautiful and add another high-end touch. There are several wonderful areas to eat, including an outdoor terrace, a glass-enclosed dining area, the grand dining hall for the breakfast, which was fantastic and, incredibly, included in the already extremely low price (for what you get). My room was a deluxe, and it actually, really, truly was a deluxe room. Often I have booked "deluxe" rooms which did not live up to the name, but this one had a huge bed, a beautiful view onto the foresty landscape, lots of room and a big bathroom with marble and 2 sinks, plus wonderful products. I slept like a baby in the peace and quiet in the bed, which was just the perfect amount of firm. The owner, Zlatko Skelin, was on hand, ensuring everything was up to snuff. He is a very charming and affable man, and even gave me a complimentary glass of champagne. Thank you! The young man at reception, Ivan Tomšić, was so helpful, professional and friendly, as was Ana who helped me in the dining room. I am thrilled with this discovery, thank you!

The hotel is kind of old, although it appears to be renovated not long ago, some of the equipments didn’t work appropriately, for example, the room temperature control, it only allows AC function not the heating. The carpet seems old and not cleaned for some time. The overall experience was good but for a hotel like this, it could have done more to make it even more awesome.

The hotel is located outside the city center, in the middle of a big park, so it is better reachable by car. Parking available on site. Rooms are clean and big, maybe just a bit outdated and some renovation might be needed. Breakfast is ok. Restaurant is good

Very Nice hotel in the forest, kind staff willing to help, easy to go to downtown even by foot, peaceful; one but though, it needs a hand in furnitures and perhaps decoration, looks a little old. We would definitly would return in spite of the buts.

We are arrived early from tbe bus from Budapest. Thr front desk staff person could not have been more kind and helpful. This hotel is a bit of a walk to main square.

This old world gem is tucked into a forested area in the consulate zone in the heart of Zagreb. The staff were super friendly and helpful, going so far as to pay my parking ticket from town for me (I reimbursed of course). Nice breakfast. Elegant terrace. Amazing value.

By taxi you can go everywhere in just 10 minutes. you can park your car in front of the hotel if you re travelling by car as I did. Very nice surroundings for a walk or trecking. Big rooms with a view. I loved it.

Very nice surroundings, 15 min walk from the city or 5 min by bus which stops outside the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Decent breakfast served daily.

They upgraded us to a very spacious suite and made the stay better than expected. The polite, always helpful front desk made our visit and local travels easy which was so reassuring that we extended our stay instead of switching to a hotel in the main city. We used public transport often and even walked to the main square in less than thirty minutes. The restaurant, while expensive, was the best meal we had while in Zagreb.

The hotel was very clean and the room size was very large. It also had free Wi-Fi which was very useful. The hotel arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport which was great. All the hotel staff were wonderful, very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again if we return back to the wonderful city of Zagreb.
