The hotel was amazing. The jetted tub was perfect for a cold winters day. The view was a nice surprise. The king bed was very comfortable. Jessica who was filling in from another hotel was super sweet and very helpful. Will most definitely be back again.

Booked an overnighter to get away and clear my head. I requested an early check in and they were able to accommodate very quickly. Room was very nice and spacious. The ocean view was perfect!! Not sure what the front desk's employee name but he was very courteous and friendly. Great 1 day getaway!

We booked the king room with a jetted tub and enjoyed it! It was labled a city view and we got the lovely surprise of a side ocean view. The room was clean and comfortable. The jetted tub was perfect for relaxation. Great price too!

It was off season there so the hotel was pretty empty. Check in and out were quick and my room was nice. No complaints at all.

Room was okay. Telephone didnt work. The cable was awful, the toilet clogged a couple times and the fridge leaked water all over the floor a few times. Beds very uncomfortable

It was misrepresented as a much nicer hotel. Old & falling apart

Once again, had to wait in the corridor for 20 minutes to get maintenance back up there. Batteries were dead in the key lock. Restaurant was closed during an event weekend. Omg
I will never stay there again. My so called “city view” was of a dirty parking lot. I give it a big fat zero

Small damages in the room that did not affect the usability of room, but should be repaired before presenting to guests.
Room was pretty clean, but attention to detail lacking— corners of the bathroom floor were dirty, and the vents on the AC had growth that was easily wiped by finger.
Overall a great place to come and go and pleasant staff. Parking in the covered calm garage was wonderful as was not hearing anything from the neighbors at any time of day. Balcony view was perfect. About a 30 minute walk to the shops and restaurants so this was a quiet stay away from the busy shops.

The outside of the hotel looked fine. The lady at the front desk was lovely. She was very accommodating. The small bar/restaurant
was very cute. I just wished it stayed open later than 12pm on Sunday but i understand it’s not the summer. The issue was the room. It was terrible so old , there was nothing good about it. These rooms from the bathroom to the carpet to the broken slider lack of mirrors in the room no closet I could go on but I won’t.

All was very clean..I think customers need a mat in Jacuzzis with handicap bars for customers to aid in standing up.....my wife & I had to crawl out of the tub for safety reasons of not falling in the tub

Check in was great no problems. Our first full day housekeeping never came to clean , No clean towels. Next day housekeeping cleaned room BUT did not leave any clean towels. Coffee pot in room did not work and was reported but not replaced in 5 days. Alarm in hallway beeped loudly every night with no one coming to see why, annoying noise and why was it beeping?

We have been staying here for a few years and will continue!!!!. The staff at the front desk is super nice and helpful. We checked in the 4th of September 2024 and there was a mix up with our room., the sweet gentleman that worked the 2nd shift fixed it for us to make sure we had enough room for when our guests arrived. We were very thankful 😌

Nice stay! Parking was good. There was parking garage and some other parking. Could use some room updates. Pillows were terrible! Old bedding and curtains. The location is great and the 2 pools are nice.

Nice stay for a short trip. Property needs to be updated. Air conditioning system only cooled the room after the sun went down. Staff was very helpful. Housekeeping leaves a little to be desired.

Checking in and out was quick and easy. The oceanview balcony is nice to hang out. Housekeeping is not automatically scheduled so we had to let the reception know we needed daily housekeeping done. Otherwise it’s a 1 min walk to the boardwalk and a 5 min walk to a very nice breakfast place. There’re also many restaurant options within a 10-15 min drive.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best things is that pool in Baltimore building has restroom with shower and changing cabin this is excellent !!!!! location is very quiet I love it. the only things I didn't like is too high bed for my taste and not enough pillows,blanket also was very uncomfortable, bath tab should be remodel, and AC you can't put something like 70 only 65.

Room was clean, but for what we paid this was not worth it. The pool and bar closed at 8pm and our neighbors had too many people in the room and they were screaming all hours of the night. The parking was great and the staff was friendly. It was a very easy walk to the beach.

Side balcony had a great view of the ocean. I imagine the parking could get pretty crazy during busy summertime, but it was convenient and available when we went on the last week of August.
