It started the day before my trip they couldn’t find my reservation. Eventually they found it. I then asked to check in early by 2 hours. They then said I would have to pay for an additional full night. I paid it.
When I got to the hotel again they couldn’t find my reservation. They then had ne checking out on the same day. The administration is in total disarray.
They then had a system fault that lost all the keys. Chaos. Never again.

Excellent location right outside the train station. Pubs nearby and everything was accessible. Area was safe and quiet. Would stay here again .

Conrad St James is just an excellent hotel in every way possible: the doorman, reception, dining staff, and housekeeping. Breakfast was busier on the weekend and we had to wait longer for service, but that was literally the only negative. The dining options were great, as was the coffee and food.

This is third stay at the Conrad. We love staying there and will return soon. Close enough to walk to the theatres and nightlife but in a relatively quiet area but also enjoy a morning walk by the river and St Jame’s Park

Amazing hotel with the high standards we enjoyed at Tokyo and Chicago Conrad. The staff were so kind and went beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and comfortable during our 8 night stay.

Conveniently located and incredibly comfortable beds. On site dining options and workout room were convenient as well. We had some uneven service—turndown service that took used towels and didn’t replace them, missed items on room service orders, and slow response to request for an extra pillow. My impression. Was that they may be understaffed—the staff we did deal with were very helpful and responsive. Tea room appeared under renovation and lightly staffed but the selection was excellent.

I thought the rooms were very clean and comfortable, had everything you would need and expect from a 5-star hotel.
Great location for tourists, as many key landmarks are only a few minutes walk away.

Overall a decent stay as it was a good location, clean and everyone was nice.
The pillows were too thin and uncomfortable. The shower leaked water out onto the entire bathroom floor when you showered. The outlets in the bathroom didn’t work so you had to dry your hair in the room. Our view was of the bldg so not really a view. The breakfast buffet was not very good. For the price I would have expected more.

Excellent hotel in area of St James. Lobby was inviting. Receptionists very friendly and helpful. I spoke with several of the concierge and they were very helpful.
Very easy to take tube which was across street. Several pubs in area. Can walk to Harrods area. Hôtel restaurant was good and attentive staff.

Staff was super helpful with arranging for transportation. We ate at the Blue Boar 3 times. Food was good. Breakfast was very good, bedroom was quiet and clean, just a little tight to open our luggage though. The only problem we encountered was the shower door not being tight enough. We loved the location of the hotel. We could walk to all the attractions. The staff was very welcoming.

In my 62 years I have stayed at many hotels around the world. By far this was my favorite. The staff was outstanding and the accommodations were stellar.
I would like to say it is my favorite hotel of all my travels.

The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful with all of our needs. In particular, Karim at the concierge desk was most helpful in securing tickets for an event we wished to attend. Very professional staff all around.

I had issues with the water drain in the bathroom it was constantly clogged and overflowing the bathroom with water everywhere. I complained and a technician came 2 and the issue was never resolved. Therefore, nothing was ever done to mediate the issue. Also, I had to call security in of the nights because the cleaning crew left my room door open the entire day, it was only till I got back to the hotel room at night did I see the room door open. Security did come to speak to me but that was all. Comforters had holes and stains on them. Worst experience ever.

The Conrad staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and excellent. Davide took care of us with care when checking in and followed up with us to be sure we were comfortable. Christophe helped us with bags and directions — and with humor and joy as well. We’d stay here again!
