Business trip.
The staff were great, but I had issues with a leaky shower which I reported but still wasn’t fixed.
They hotel need to more flexible for international travellers who arrive in the early hours, the hotel were very inflexible about checking in early after an 18hr journey to get to Manila.
Also not all the lifts were working which delays getting in and out of the hotel.
Another guest told me that a person got stuck in one of the lifts for an hour (but I don’t know this for sure).
The staff were great but the hotel needs some TLC/new paint/a good clean in places.
It is however in a good location and if the above were fixed I would stay again as staff were professional, attentive and helpful.

The AC was noisy and since it is close to the hospital, my sleep was disrupted due to the sound of the ambulance and city noise. I wish the city suite which I availed has fridge and microwave.

It's a decent hotel for the price. Typically average fitout standard. Had to move rooms twice. Aircon broke down the first night, the second night I was moved to a PWD room on the 6th floor right beside a mass of airconditioning units with a fairly noisy hum all night. The third room was quite acceptable though. The beds are quite hard. I don't mind a firm bed but these were very firm. Must be new as I don't remember them being this way on my previous stays.

Only issue is how they tuck in the comforters daily. When you get under it, you need to tug it out of the mattress to cover your chest & shoulders. Housekeeping should be informed.

The services was wonderful, the only issue we had was the smell from drain in the bathroom. Your house keeper was wonderful and did the best he can to make the smell a little more pleasant. The staff at your restaurant was great, Nep and gang was absolutely wonderful and took care of all our needs.

F1 Hotel BGC is an amazing accommodation. I can’t get over how incredible the staff are. Jeffrey and his crew made it feel like home! The facilities were great and the pool deck and outdoor patio was lovely, especially in the evening. Great location for all things BGC. We’ll be back.

The upper floors seem to be the best. The first night I stayed on the 27th floor and really liked the room. Today our first room was on the 11th floor the second room was on the 10th floor. Both rooms smelled like raw sewage. Our third room for the day in on the 18th floor. This room smells a lot better.

The staff is incredible - super nice! The hotel rooms are adequate - a bit worn. Details aren't crisp. There was construction noise above me nearly the entire time I was here: 5/8-5/26. I am a Construction Manager that is around noise all the time - so I am numb to the noise.

The room needed a facelift but we were gone most of the day so it didn’t matter too much. There was an odor that never went away, but it was tolerable.
The staff are very hard working and solicitous. We had issues with the hot water and their engineer came within 5 minutes and fixed it immediately.
The hotel is about 1 block away from St Luke’s Medical Hospital, so this was convenient for us to meet our appointments and not get caught up with the horrible traffic.
Landmark Store is around the corner, which was handy for groceries and amenities we forgot. An added bonus is the hotel is about 2 blocks away from the High Street area, which has many restaurant options. If you like walking, then you can keep walking towards the Market Market area. Very convenient.
