This resort is amazing! It was delightful experience from start to finish. The Rambutan exudes a cozy, homey atmosphere and that immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, we enjoyed getting to know them personally during our stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable.
The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the templates. The pool area was a serene spot to relax and unwind and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals that highlighted local flavors.
We hope to return one day!

I can quite honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Everyone should stay here. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to be helpful in any way you could need. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city with access to everything you could want. And yet when you enter it is a literal oasis between the pools and our 2 story villa. And bonus was you cannot hear the city noise at all, such a peaceful place to escape to after spending the day exploring. A huge advantage was we were able to book our tours through the hotel and charge all our tours on our final hotel bill. Also the spa was incredible, the perfect place to go unwind with the kindest staff. I cannot recommend Rambutan enough, it’s the perfect place for everyone! Oh and you have to make sure to get breakfast everyday, the food was absolutely delicious at their restaurant!

Staff were kind and friendly. The restaurant was open air under the roof and comfortable in the dry season. Breakfast was not buffet, but had a lot of variety to choose. Hotel’s tuktuks were around, convenient and also we felt easy not worrying about the price or the destination because the reception told the driver everything.

I can highly recommend Rambutan Resort. The staff alone could get this place 5 stars. Tha Seyla and every body else do an excellent job, it was a privilege to get to know you all. You create a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Tip them well.
Efficient check in/out and transport to and from the airport.
Even though it's in the middle of the city, it is still very quiet and calm. I enjoyed it a lot.
Breakfast is delicious, plentiful and varied.
I didn't see any salt water crocodiles though, may be it was not the season.

This hotel was very beautiful. Walking in felt like a movie. Was a wonderful location in the city. Very walkable to various drinking spots and very close to Pub street. Located really close to many restaurants and convenience stores that we could quickly walk to. I would recommend this stay again. They were also very manageable with a change in our reservation. Food and drink service within the hotel was very accommodating. They are also connected to a spring roll restaurant which was really delicious and perfect for a after-excursion meal. The pool was really relaxing as well.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room itself had a lot of damage, paint marks on the lamps, cabinets broken, stains on the carpet but it was very clean. Check in was a bit messy. They tried to do it twice and charge me twice but it was sorted out in the end. Breakfast was great.

Our stay at Rambutan was excellent, the room with the bathtub on the balcony was super cute. Great water pressure in the shower, ac was cold and comfortable bedding. The service was impeccable, everyone was super friendly and they were able to arrange a great tour guide. Breakfast was lovely, i would recommend the noodles!!

The staff are a standout, extremely helpful and always cheerful. The rooms are spaceous and comfortable. Hot water was always available when I showered. I have nothing negative to say about the property!

Can't speak for other hotels in the area but this place is great. The front desk guys were super friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. The room was clean and the staff on top on the details and anything you needed. Breakfast was good and service was great. Honestly, couldn't have really asked for more. Location is great and short walk to Pub street and anywhere you need to go. Book with confidence.

Short weekend from Saigon with a visiting friend. Lovely place with very warm and helpful staff. Small yet comfortable and very eco conscience which I was impressed with. One item of feedback - oils replace the plastic water bottles in the room with the reusable ones. However overall very nice stay well within walking distance of the center of Siem Reap.

Great staff from reception, bar/restaurant, and housekeeping. The manager Tommy took time each day to chat with us and gave us great recommendations for dinner spots. Will certainly return to Rambutan!

Awesome location, super friendly staff, wonderful food and well priced (and original drinks). We really felt at home and was a great location from where to unwind from the heat in the afternoons next to the lovely salt water pool.

The property is small, with only 19 rooms and so you get very personal, caring attention. The property is an oasis in the middle of crazy Siem Reap. The food is excellent, the rooms are delightful and quirky and the discreet outside bath a fun addition. The pool is perfect! In fact the hotel is amazing.... Don't tell anyone!
